Acomodação muito boa, excelente serviço prestado pelo Sr. Quintino, muito prestável.

A única situação menos boa, foi o facto do pavimento da sala e de um dos quartos de dormir, estar a levantar, portanto poderá ser perigoso.

Tirando isso muito bom, limpeza impecável.

Holiday in paradise

Fantastic house on this beautiful peaceful island. The house is so well equipped and immaculate. It is a perfect location for walking into the centre where there are many good restaurants and a beautiful quiet sandy beach. This is the ideal place to get away from it all. The views are stunning. While we were there we hired a quad bike & explored the island & a walk to the top of the mountain is recommended for the outstanding views. We would definitely recommend this property & the island as a quiet holiday destination. We look forward to returning.

Great house everything you could wish for views peaceful central and home from home we love Porto Santo, peaceful relaxing we will definitely be going back. Climate very good all year round but flights from the UK only go May to Middle of October this was our 4th visit.

A wonderful house in a brilliant location.

This house is exceptionally clean, comfortable and well equipped. The location is perfect. There are views of the mountains and the sea from the delightful verandas on the various levels. Morning tea in the sun on one and sun downer drinks on another. The beach, shops, bars and restaurants are a only a few minutes walk away. Our favourite restaurant was Casa lo Velho Dragoeiro where we enjoyed delicious food and a great atmosphere. We cannot wait to return to this fabulous Island and perfect house. Highly recommended!

Vila Baleira, the capital town (and only one) of Porto Santo, is under 500 metres and a few minutes walk away, either via the short cut that takes you directly to the town square, or via the main road that takes you to the beach frontage.

The pedestrianized village centre is full of cafés, restaurants and bars and provides a welcome place to walk around in the evenings (once you are back from the beach). In the surrounding streets, you will find the main supermarket, restaurants, bars and a gaggle of trendy shops.The supermarket is small, busy and well stocked with fresh produce arriving regularly from Madeira.

Often referred to as Madeira's little sister, the small island of Porto Santo lies about 45 km north west of Madeira and couldn't be more different! Compared to Madeira's majestic mountains, lush tropical vegetation and pebble beaches, Porto Santo's hills are small and gentle and the dryer climate produces a somewhat barren landscape and a glorious sandy beach which extends nearly 9 km along the entire south coast.

In summer the island teems with visitors, and is a particularly popular destination for the Portuguese. Outside of the peak summer months, Porto Santo is sleepy retreat. Anyone with the opportunity of visiting the island from mid September to the end of November, will usually be blessed with lovely warm days and a deserted beach.
