It has been renovated and newly furnished, so finishes are renewed with excellent qualities. It is located in a quiet residential area which has among its facilities communal pool and tennis and paddle courts. In the vicinity there are bars, restaurants, supermarket and pharmacy. Ideal for summer vacation and to enjoy for the rest of the year the mild temperatures and sunny days in one of the areas most beautiful coast, full of coves with clear water and beautiful scenery.

A few minutes from the apartment is Moraig Creek, clear water, and natural areas of ecological interest as the Natural Park Granadella, or with stunning views as the Puig de la Llorença. In this natural environment offers activities such as hiking, diving or fishing.

L'appartement et l'environnement sont tels que présentés sur les photos. Vue exceptionnelle de la terrasse et piscine très agréable. A préciser que seuls les DVD fonctionnent sur la TV.

Traumhafter Ausblick und Stille

Wir waren als Familie mit 3 Kindern in diesem wunderschönen Appartement. Das Appartement liegt in einem Gebiet (Cumbre del Sol) mit vielen Ferienwohnungen und Häusern. Von der sehr großen Terrasse hat man einen tollen Ausblick auf das Meer und die darunter liegenden Buchten. Zur Bucht Moraira Creek gelangt man in 3 Minuten per Pkw. Eine kleine "Privatbucht" zum Erklettern direkt daneben. Supermarkt 3 min., großer Gemeinschaftspool etwas weiter oben gelegen 2 min. zu Fuß. Wenn man abends etwas unternehmen möchte, muss man mit dem Auto z.B. nach Moraira oder Javea fahren. Sehr gut und modern ausgestattete Küche. Waschmaschine, Sonnenschirme etc., 3 Schlafzimmer, kleines Bad. Alles war sauber. Aber kein TV (nicht angeschlossen) und kein WiFi.
