Newly renovated and completed in 2019, this historic 1800's barn is ideally located on a quiet .5 acre flaglot just off Rt 27, just a few minutes' walk into town or drive to nearby ocean and bay beaches.

Spread over 4300 sqft+, the space has been freshly modernized and chicly decorated, with an open plan kitchen, dining and double-height living area and five tranquil bedrooms, three of which are en suite. This is indoor/outdoor living at its best, with sliding doors leading out onto the ample front and the back lawns, where you can enjoy multiple Sonos zones while lazing in the heated pool or fire up the BBQ.

Bright and airy, the ground level is flooded in light from morning until night with floor to ceiling views of leafy trees in both directions. While away the hours sitting by the modern grand wood-burning fire in the main living room while watching TV, or retreat to the upstairs mezzanine for some work, reading or a bit of yoga while looking out through the treetops.
