15 km from Avignon, the "Bergerie" is an old renovated farmhouse. A 2 km from the village center, on a plot of 5 ha, 4 ha of vineyard and 1 hectare of wood in its natural state. Provence Gardoise very close Camargue and Alpilles. Free WIFI.

Beach 70 m² wooden swimming pool, 7 x 7m square swimming pool with internal steps, depth 150 cm. alarm protection system. House of 170 m²: kitchen, dining room with fireplace, living room, 5 bedrooms including a bedroom upstairs with air con .. Cribs. A bathroom, 2 shower rooms, 2 separate toilets. The new kitchen and very well equipped (cook 5 fires), opens onto the living room of 50 m² overlooking terraces and summer kitchen. Pleasant in all seasons, stay any height is dominated by a fireplace. Wood available.

2 south and west terraces close to the summer kitchen.

Many activities nearby for all tastes: canoeing, hiking, climbing, ULM, parachuting, horseback riding, mountain biking. But also tours of the historic centers deemed 15 minutes Avignon and Pont du Gard, 30 minutes: Les Baux de Provence, Arles, Nimes, Uzes, the Camargue. At an early hour: the Luberon, the sea: the Saintes-Maries de la Mer and the Grau du Roi.

.2 km from the village center, on a plot of 5 ha, 4 ha of vineyard and 1 ha of wood in the natural state including a part in the meadow to play ball or badminton (net and snowshoes).

Emplacement idéal

Nous avons passé un séjour touristique qui s'est étendu des Cévennes, à la méditerranée, tout proche du pont du Gard et d'Avignon la maison est spacieuse et bien entretenue. Les équipements sont de qualité et adaptés à la capacité du logement. A l'abri du vent, la piscine sublime le tout.

Hier werden Urlaubsträume wahr!

Wir haben mit der ganzen Familie, 6 Erwachsenen und unseren Hunden wunderschöne erholsame Ferien in der Bergerie verbracht. Das Haus war blitzsauber und die Ausstattung läßt keine Wünsche offen. 3 Bäder (davon 1 absolutes Traumbad) und eine wunderschöne Küche sorgen für den Komfort. Die Bergerie ist sehr geräumig man kann gut mit mehreren Personnen erholsame Tage verbringen, fühlt sich aber auch nicht "verloren" wenn man im kleineren Kreise anreist. Vom ersten Moment an hat man das totale Wohlfühlerlebnis. Das Haus hat eine traumhafte Alleinlage. Man kann auch ganz entspannt bleiben wenn die Kinder mal laut sind, der Hund bellt oder es abends bei einem Fest mit der Familie oder Freunden etwas später wird. Der Pool ist sehr groß und das Wasser war schon Ende Mai herrlich warm. Der Standort ist ideal um die Provence zu erkunden, alle Ziele sind in kurzer Zeit bequem zu erreichen, auch die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind super. Damien, der Vermieter ist nicht nur sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, er ist auch jederzeit erreichbar und steht mit Rat und Tat zur Seite.

Kurz und gut La Bergerie bietet wirklich alles für einen Traumurlaub in der Provence.

Wir freuen uns schon auf ein Wiedersehen!
