Welcome to Tiki Too! This ocean-block duplex is located only fifty yards from a guarded beach in mid-town Ocean City, MD. Friendly and accommodating owners hope to make your well-deserved vacation relaxing and enjoyable!!

This second-floor unit has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, and can sleep eight people comfortably. There is a spacious south-facing deck with ocean and bay views, overlooking a park-like setting; you also have two off-street parking spots, one of which is covered. Central air-conditioning and heating assure you a comfortable stay, no matter what changes the weather brings! WIFI is provided, along with DVD,VCR and multiple TVs.

The location is extremely convenient for families with children--it's only steps away from the beach, so returning home for lunch is a breeze. There is an outside enclosed shower so that everyone can rinse off salt and sand. You will also find plenty of ground-level storage for your beach items.

All of the comforts of home await you at Tiki Too: a well-equipped kitchen, full-sized washer and dryer, TVs with VCR and DVD players. This unit is bright and sunny, with 22 feet of windows in the living/dining area. The master bedroom has its own balcony as well. Shopping, water sports, and the Boardwalk are all within easy reach, and the bus stops at the corner.

About The Owner

I have been coming to Ocean City since before the storm of 1933 broke through the island at the inlet. My family has been connected to the area since 1912. It was natural for us to build our summer home near the beach here.

Why The Owner chose Maryland

The property is located on an uncrowded street and offers a degree of privacy that you do not get in other properties. 83rd Street is the high point of the island and I have been told that during the 1880s, there was a lighthouse on the site.

What makes this apartment unique

The short walk to the beach and the bay makes it easy to view sunrise and sunset. Since there are no bayside properties at 83rd Street our beach tends to be less crowded than many others. It's a very short walk to the beach, and also a short walk to the bus. There is an enclosed shower under the building so that sand stays outdoors. Off-street parking means that once you have arrived, you never have to drive, unless you want to. Groceries, restaurants, and other amenities are conveniently located, with several restaurants withing walking distance.

Great location, great amenities

Stayed here with my girlfriend and two other couples for Labor Day weekend. The weather was not great for the beach, so thankfully we had a wonderful, large space to relax indoors. The amenities were fantastic - fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, WiFi, working satellite television. When the weather improved towards the end of the weekend, we made full use of the very large deck that has an ocean view. Location is less than a minute from the beach, and it is just a quick ride to all of the local restaurants/bars/shops. I look forward to staying here again, and would definitely recommend it to friends/family.

Convenient to beach and bus, great amenities

We stayed with our teen son for a week. Off-street parking was a plus, as was the nearby bus route. We could go anywhere in OC we wanted to go without having to take the car. Grocery stores, sundries and pharmacies were convenient. The half-block walk to the beach was great!! The kitchen was fully equipped, internet and Satellite TV worked well, and having laundry available is a great plus. I would definitely stay here again, and have told friends about Tiki Too.
