Spacious, affordable 1 bed self-catering apartment in the heart of Primrose Hill, within walking distance to Regents Park and buzzing Camden. Rental price includes quality bed linen, towels and changeover clean. If you want the quality of a hotel room but the flexibility of an apartment this is the property for you.
The location of this apartment makes it a perfect choice of accommodation if you are planning to tour London with the luxury of retreating to the prestigious area of Primrose Hill at the end of the day. Camden Underground Station is a 5 minute walk away, with links to the centre of London being only 10 - 15 minutes. There is also a bus route into Oxford Street or, if you fancy a stroll you can walk through Regents Part for approx. 20 minutes before you reach Marylebone High Street or Oxford Circus. The Skola English School, Camden is literally just around the corner so it's a perfect location if you are studying in London too.
This apartment also has the added advantage of a communal garden which can be used by our guests.
Double bedroom plus a large bed settee in the living room makes it an ideal place to stay for either 2 or 4 adults or a family of 4.

Hi, myself and my husband have been been renting this London apartment since April last year and have absolutely loved hearing about our visitors trips to London. We love travelling ourselves (mostly visiting apartments or villa's rather than hotels) and know how important it is to be in the right location and in a clean, well cared for accommodation. With this in mind we try to offer the best experience to our visitors as possible. We have 2 teenage boys who love visiting London so whenever the apartment is available we try to spend a few days there so that we can all continue lapping up the delights of London ourselves.
Mostly for the location - In the middle of Primrose Hill and Camden, it's got everything from chic boutiques to the best Jazz Club in London! Also, the apartment immediately felt warm and inviting, being an old building the traditional high ceilings and original skirting boards and picture rails always leave us intrigued as to what the house would have been like 100s of years ago....
This was the perfect size flat for one to two people, close to Camden Lock, Regents Parks, Belsize Park and Hampstead. The tube is just a couple blocks away to take you to the heart of London in minutes and there were plenty of shops and restaurants just around the corner. Angela and her husband were nice enough to come help me when I thought I was going to burn the house down, word to the wise, get a new electrical converter and don't use an old one. 😉Can't wait to stay again!!!
The apartment is very well located, secure, and very presentable.
The bedroom is small for more than one person and the wardrobe turns out to be the hot water/heating system.
Take a moment to decide where to put your clothing etc, and soon you will feel at home.
The addition of a coffee plunger or stove top espresso, and a clothes-airer, would make the world of difference.
I spent a wonderful week here this June. It is a very clean, well maintained ground floor one bedroom flat with all the standard amenities. I was met on arrival by the owner, Angela, who could not have been more welcoming. Great WiFi and TV, hob (stove) and microwave. Also a washer/dryer, which I used on more than one occasion. It is perfect for a single traveler or couple and very reasonably priced for the area, which is absolutely superb. You are within a 10-15 minute walk of the bustling, trendy, Camden Market Lock area, which is a beehive of stalls of all kinds lying astride the lock on the Regents Canal. Very picturesque. You can also walk along or take a boat ride on the Canal itself (highly recommended.) It is a 3 minute walk at most to the nearest Regents Park entrance, close by the zoo, and about 10 minutes, maybe a bit less, to Primrose Hill and right on the edge of the fabulous, more upscale Primrose Hill neighborhood, which I completely fell in love with. I recommend two pubs in the neighborhood, The Queens, right at the foot of the hill and at the start of the fashionable Regents Park Road high street area, a 10 minute walk, and the Princess of Wales on Fitzroy Road, an even shorter walk, in the very heart of the neighborhood, which has a large local following but is extremely welcoming to new visitors. As others have mentioned, the Camden Town tube station is within a 10 minute walk, just down Camden High Street from the market. I raved about the flat to my wife, who could not join me on this trip, and she wants to return next summer. So do I.
We're extremely happy we chose this place in London. Upon arrival we were kindly greeted by the owner Ms. Angela who gave us a tour.
It's spacious and comfortable. The renovated kitchen equipped with eveything you need makes eating in an easy experience. It's walking distance from shops and the vibrant Camden area.
Our overall experience was pleasant and great. We will definitely comeback to the same apartment in our next trip.
THANK YOU ANGELA
'Ive spent a week with my 3 children (4 people in total) in Angela's flat during Christmas holidays. We really found the apartment fully equipped and comfortable. To cook, watch TV and have lunch, the place is really nice, tidy and the equipment brand new. The little garden at the rear is also nice. It is set really close to Camden Market (that we can reach by walking along the canal) and Regent's Park/Primrose Hill (where you can jog or walk in a green space, that is appreciable in a big city). The Stations to get in central London are also very close. If you wish to make some shopping for dinner, there are also shops in the nearby. I advise you this place to have a pleasant stay in London
We rented this flat for 17 days on a trip to London with our family. The apartment was in great condition, and very convenient location. Very close access to grocery stores, the tube, and shopping at the Camden Market. The owner was very helpful in helping us arrange arrival and very accommodating to help us out during the stay. I would definitely recommend this flat, and would stay there again if the opportunity provides.
