This new and beautiful two-room apartment is located on the fourth floor of the Alpes 3 Apartment Building, in the heart of Chamonix. This luxury apartment building offers videophone, lift (direct access to parking and ski lockers), and armoured door, and central heating with individual control. Its three window have view of the Brévent Mountain. The apartment has a living space of 46 sq.m, 8 sq.m of which have a 1.6-m - 1.8-m-height ceiling. It also has high quality furnishing. It boasts and entrance with a wardrobe, a large living room with an open plan and well-equipped kitchen(4 ring glass-ceramic hob, multifunction oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster). You will also find a breakfast nook, a TV area, with stereo system, DVD player, and a wall seat. There is also a 140 cm sofa bed, comfortable mattresses (18 cm), an armchair, and a footrest. You will find a bedroom with a 160 cm bed for two people, wardrobe, TV, and Internet access. The bathroom has a toilet, a sink, a shower, a heated towel rack, and a hair dryer. In the first basement, there is a private parking space (subject to a fee). In the second basement, there is a ski locker with ski boot dryer. You will be received by a member of the Chamonixten80 Company, who will in charge of providing the keys, the maintenance of the apartment, and the linen supply. This company will contact you before arrival to organise the delivery of the keys, and the introduction to the apartment, and the ski resort. In addition, this company can provide additional services such as transfer, fixed prices, and concierge services.
I love the mountain in winter. I am a skier and practice mountaineering.
The apartment is located in the very centre of Chamonix, offering easy access to different skiing, hiking, mountaineering, and climbing areas, but there are other activities available, such as ice-skating, swimming, a media library, a cinema, a spa, etc.
We stayed at this apartment for 7 nights. The apartment is perfect for 3, maximum 4 people. Located in downtown Chamonix within walking minutes to bars, restaurants, cafes....You don't need a car - bus shuttle will take you to gondolas.
I would recommend this property to anyone who is looking for enjoyable skiing and good food!
Casa bellissima, nuova e ben attrezzata. La migliore posizione possibile in Chamonix. Comodissimo il deposito sci ed il posto macchina. La consiglio assolutamente.
We could not imagine a better location than this apartment for our week stay. It is centrally located to EVERYTHING. The appliances were top-notch and all the upgrades were a Huge plus! Having wi-fi was VERY convenient and fast. Having a covered garage was also wonderful since it snowed over half our stay (not complaining too much about the snow). All in all, the LOCATION was the best attribute about this place. I would absolutely stay again!

Lejligheden ligger godt, er dejligt indrettet og funktionel, næsten i skandinavisk design. Alt er nyt og i orden.
Nous avons passés un superbe séjour à Chamonix dans cette location. La location est bien placée au cœur du centre de Chamonix avec les restaurants, bars et magasins tout autour. L'appartement est neuf et très bien équipé. L'endroit est bien placé pour skier les stations de ski de Chamonix. On a loué une voiture, et il y avait un parking privé au sous-sol.
The apartment building is located in the pedestrian city centre of Chamonix Mont Blanc. It is close to all shopping centres, the cinema, the post office, the train station, the market and the bus stop. Chamonix Mont Blanc centre (100 m away) is located 20 min away from all the skiing areas (shuttle service each 5-10 min in high season)
