Very nice flat but noisy neighbours upstairs

We stayed a week in december in this converted downstairs flat in Colliers wood. The apartment is clean, warm and has all facilities you need, incuding a nice rear garden. It is near Colliers wood underground station and it is a house converted in two apartments. The trouble was that the upstairs flat was rented too, I believe, to some builders. These Young men continuously went in and out during the night (expecially during the weekend) going up and down heavily on the wooden stairs. Not being a purpose built maisonette, the result was we heard their noise as if they were in our apartment keeping us awake several times. They even Always left their dirty mudded boots in the common entrance hallway, which I founded not respectful. So, having said that, the apartment is very comfortable but, next time, I will previously ask if the upstairs flat is occupied or not.

Excellent rental and location

Perfect location for city center, facilities excellent through out the rental.

All room large, clean and well maintained. Wi-fi and cable television excellent.

Lots of restaurants and attractions only 10 minutes walk way.

Owner was very nice and helpful. Will be please to use again

location was perfect for the city

Very large apartment, all rooms was of large size. Massive kitchen and dinner.

cable Tv and wi-fi great. Bathroom excellent.

Location was perfect, only 5 minutes walk to the tube and 20 minutes to town center. Restaurants and shopping malls only 10 minutes walk from apartment.

Will be pleased to use the apartment again.

Great location only 5 minutes to tube and 20 minutes to city.

Very large apartment with all the facilities you require.

Extra large kitchen /dinning room which was great for all 4 of us.

Lovely garden with decking. location was great for shopping and restaurant and local facilities. Property was very clean and well maintained by the owner.

Excellent customer servicer by the owner.

Nice place for 3 people...

This place was a decent place to stay with easy access (through the Underground) to many tourist destinations in London. The apartment was clean and spacious. The neighborhood was quiet and it took about 10 minutes to walk to the Underground station.

We had 3 people in the apartment - I think 4 would be too cramped. We did not use the kitchen at all, so I cannot comment on how well stocked it was (or not). We did use the washer/dryer for a quick load and it worked great. The garden outside had several large piles of weeds and we did not spend any time outside in the garden (nor were we planning to).

Overall, a nice, spacious place to stay while visiting London.
