About Jill Cooper
Jill, a retired publisher, moved to Pullman with her husband Todd, a WSU faculty administrator. They bought their architect-designed mid-century home and remodeled the lower level daylight basement into a private oasis for guests. They have a small quiet Shih Tzu, Huxley, three grown children, and four grandchildren. They love good food, reading, hiking, gardening.

Why Jill Cooper chose Pullman
We chose this property for its location-- a five-minute walk to work for Todd, and to college events, its beautiful mature gardens, and its quality build.
What makes this House unique
Whether we are walking over to see a Jim Gaffigan or Trevor Noah comedy show at Beasley Coliseum, or strolling to town for a beer and burger at Ricos, or to the art gallery, or to hear a visiting lecture, or the symphony, the location couldn't be better. We love that a WSU horticulturist had the home custom built by a renowned architect at the time in 1950. They planted beautiful flowering shrubs—lilac and viburnum— and trees, along with a variety of flowers from lavender and Lillies to poppies and tulips, that we keep adding too. We love the lovely double-lot, and quiet street of mostly retired professors.

Perfect Pullman Haven!
Campus Haven is the perfect name for this lovely space. We were the first guests to stay, but certainly will not be the last! We have been traveling to Pullman for the past 4 years of our son's college experience and only wish this would have been available from day 1. Jill and Todd have created a beautiful, peaceful, spotless and comfortable home-away-from-home. From the bright, light space to the eco-friendly products and comfy linens - nothing has been overlooked. The backyard was such a nice place to sit with our morning coffee and mimosas. Homemade muffins in the fridge and fruit on the table when we arrived made us feel very welcome. Literally a 5 minute walk to campus for graduation or other activities and very convenient to Greek row and downtown. Get your reservations in now - this place will be BOOKED! Thanks again Jill and Todd!
Thank you so much for the fantastic review! You described just the kind of experience we envisioned our guests would enjoy when we designed and created the space. So thank you for taking the time to share what you appreciated. You and your family were ideal guests, and of course are welcome back anytime!
