beautiful apartment in quiet part of Rome

  • 5 of 5

The apartment is located in a quiet part of Rome. The host Cristina was quick with the email and msg communication, very friendly and thorough.

The apartment itself is much much nicer and more spacious than the photos. It is clean and well stocked. There is elevator which is very convenient.

cannot say enough how good it is. best choice in Rome.

Really well situated

  • 5 of 5

i stayed in the apartment with my wife, parents and three grown up kids. There was plenty of room and it was really close to a tram stop that took us straight into the heart of Rome.

It was great to have all the things we could need such as a washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher etc.

As my wife and I both teach we were limited in when we could visit Rome, if anyone plans to visit in August just be aware that lots of places close for holidays.

We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this apartment.

Good location, stylish, but uncomfortable beds and lousy neighbours.

  • 3 of 5

Cristina was very kind, gave us all the informations we needed, the apartment is stylish, at a good location (few tram stops from Piazza del Popolo). However! Parking at the street for free is not always available (someone takes your spot and you have to pay for other spots on the street), the beds were really uncomfortable, the neighbours upstares were lousy from morning to evening, and one bathroom was always smelly after you took a bath, hope they fix that.

A wonderful apartment and a wondeful stay in Roma!!

  • 5 of 5

I wanted to write a review to share this is excellent place to stay in Rome!

This was a family trip which included 2 teens. I spent A LOT of time researching apartments in Rome as soon as I saw this listing, I had a very good feeling. The pictures are 100% accurate & everything that was listed was true!

On line I had set up car from the Rome airport directly to the apartment. It was about 55 Euro for 4 people (Rome shuttle limo co.)

Man was waiting w/ sign past the baggage claim. About 30 min ride at 10AM

The apartment has 4 spacious, modern comfortable bedrooms. Each has a wardrobe for your clothes, nightstands, reading lights above the bed, air conditioning (so wonderful even though it was only May) & complete window shades that close out all light(as you often find in Europe). There are 3 full modern bathrooms with large GREAT showers

(something you do not often find in Europe).

Soap, shampoo & hair conditinor was provided in each bathroom.

There is a full supermarket right across the street (had everything but a full deli) & another grocery about 3 easy blocks away (that had deli). My husband & I enjoyed walking through the local neighborhoods to this grocery which I believe was open 24 hours 7 days a week but I'm not 100% sure. I think it was the Carrafour grocery

Several coffee bars with fresh pastry which we had each morning. We did have delicious dinner a block away I think Casa Del Gustoroma. Local nice place with friendly waiters with delicious salads and pasta.

Cristina, the owner of the apartment who is extremely nice was helpful with all of our questions.

The kitchen had EVERYTHING we needed. We were able to enjoy our breakfast every morning at the large kitchen table & 6 chairs. There was small balcony with 4 chairs which had a lovely view & we enjoyed sitting outside to enjoy whatever was left of the evening.

We did take the10 minute tram (buy tickets at news stand 1 block from apartment) every day to the end (Piazza del Popolo). The metro is there or you can walk everywhere. There is a treasure on almost every block!

I DEFINATELY recommend this apartment. Quiet, super clean, super comfortable & had everything we needed! All things were in apartment, laundry soap for WASHING MACHINE & DRYER (yeah) & DISHWASHER !Truthfully, I am very picky & truthfully this was an excellent place to stay. Hope this information is helpful to future visitors. Enjoy Roma!!

Thank you Cristina it was a wonderful stay in the apartment!!

Just Perfect.

  • 5 of 5

Our group was very comfortable here. There is a general store just across the street, and public transit is a short walk away. This home was spotlessly clean and very well appointed. All appliances were simple and easy to use. Loved having a dryer so that we could wash and re-pack our clothes quickly.

The host is thoughtful, courteous, professional, and helpful. If we ever visit again, we would want to stay here.

Great apartment for a base in Rome

  • 5 of 5

Loved this apartment - it was a great base for us for our stay in Rome - it had lots of room to spread out for our three generations that were traveling together. The lift was great for my Mother... The three showers made getting ready in the morning easy. The location was good - a good place to eat across the street and on the corner a grocery store where we picked up snacks, drinks and breakfast items for the morning. Jumping on the train was easy and quick to go to the Piazza Del Popolo where you get on the subway or walk to the Spanish Steps and other sites. Lost of dining in this area also as well as an easy place to grab a cab if necessary... The apartment was very clean and well kept. The owner was responsive and accommodating in how the beds were put together.

THANKS!!!
