About this property

House of 140m² with its flower garden in Annecy

Come discover the beautiful city of Annecy, its emerald lake and mountains. Our semi-detached house of 140m2 is located in a very quiet residence on the heights of Annecy-le-Vieux (not to be confused with the historic center of Annecy). It is surrounded by a pretty flower garden and organic vegetable garden. You can use the five bicycles at your disposal to discover our city or to go around Lake Annecy, a beautiful cycling route of about 40km.

The house is bright and functional with all the necessary equipment for a great holiday. The modern kitchen is open to a living / dining room equipped with a table that can comfortably accommodate 8 people. A large bay window opens onto the terrace equipped with an electric blind.

There are 2 levels in the house: The ground floor has been completely renovated in 2015, there is the kitchen, a large living / dining room, a large bedroom with a queen size bed, a bathroom with bath, a toilet independent and a foosball room.
Upstairs is accessed by a beautiful wooden spiral staircase that can be closed at the top by a protective barrier for young children. There are 3 attic rooms each with a double bed, a shower room and toilet that was redone in 2018.
A garage can store bicycles and various sports equipment, as well as gardening and DIY equipment (but there is no place for a car. There is room to park two cars in front of the house and several free places just in front of the house).
Finally, in addition to the table football in the house, a trampoline and a ping-pong table are at your disposal in the garden.

A young cat, Moka, lives in the house. She is a little shy but once she gets to know, she becomes very playful and endearing.

2 cars can park in front of the garage entrance and additional parking spaces are available across the street if needed.
A bike path passes near the house and can reach the lake in 15 minutes (count a little more for the return, the house is on a hill ...).
Buses 2 and 4 pass in the street in front of the residence and allow to reach the lake and the center of Annecy in a few minutes. The bus stop is 100 meters from the house.
If you prefer the fresh air of the mountain, plenty of possibilities are available to you in 30 to 45 minutes by car, from the family walk to the mountain hikes.

A 5min walk from the house is a nice wooded park with a fitness trail of 2.3km.
A 10min walk are shops (bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, library ...). Several shopping centers are 10min drive away for larger races.

Le descriptif de la maison bien que tout à fait conforme, complet et très bien fait ne peut témoigner de toutes les qualités de cette location qui nous a enchantés: des propriétaires absolument charmants, une maison qui allie confort, espace, belle décoration, calme, équipements fonctionnels et modernes, tout est de qualité, de la literie à la batterie de cuisine,en passant par l'électroménager, les salles de bains, tout dans la maison et le jardin est parfait (bémol sur le transat de jardin qui a souffert sans doute de personnes corpulentes ou l'ayant confondu avec le trampoline..... ) excellente situation (à dix minutes d'Annecy en voiture, ou un arrêt de bus à 100m qui permet de rejoindre la gare d'Annecy en quinze minutes) tout est réuni pour passer un très bon séjour à Annecy le Vieux; Le souci des propriétaires de bien recevoir leurs hôtes, leur gentillesse, se sentent dans chaque détail: disponibilité de tout dans la maison , qualité des équipements, avec tous les modes d'emploi et indications pour aider à bien les utiliser, guide des balades à faire très documenté, on n'a pas du tout utilisé la télévision mais pour ceux qui voudraient la regarder on peut assurer qu'elle est très bien, de même pour la plancha.. Le rez de chaussée avec la grande pièce principale et la chambre restent frais même en pleine canicule; les chambres du haut sont plus chaudes, mais il suffit d'aérer le soir, avant de se coucher pour les rafraîchir suffisamment , il y a un ventilateur dans chaque chambre, on n'a même pas eu besoin de les utiliser . Le quartier est très calme, se reposer dans le salon de jardin et contempler la montagne après une journée rando ou une sortie à Annecy est vraiment appréciable! pour les loisirs, le trampoline , la table de ping pong ou les jeux de société gentiment mis à disposition permettent de bons moments de convivialité; Pour les courses, boulangerie, pharmacie, tabac à deux minutes en voiture, supermarché très bien approvisionné à cinq minutes. En conclusion, que du bonheur.... nous avons été enchantés de notre séjour et recommandons vivement à tous ceux qui veulent visiter la région de profiter de cette adresse !

Très belle location !
Nous avons passé un week-end dans cette maison, située dans un lieu calme et proche du centre d'Annecy. Très propre, spacieuse, la description était conforme. Les propriétaires très sympathiques nous ont très bien accueilli et nous ont même offert des produits locaux. Ne pas hésiter, si vous souhaitez passer un agréable séjour. Christophe
