The property is centrally located and close to the beach and Martiánez pools. It has a very nice sea view.

It's located on the 3rd floor and has two large elevadoras.

The spacious bathroom has a tub / shower, sink and toilet. Here is located the washer.

On the 9th floor you have access to a communal terrace for sunbathing. This area has sun loungers, a shower, tables and shaded area.

My Partner and I stay in this appartment for a week in March, we found it to be very comfortable, the location was excellent very close to the beach and town. The view from the appartment was lovely. Erica was lovley and very helpfull with very good English.

Goede ervaring

Het appartement is goed voorzien van alle gemakken. Mooi uitzicht en een makkelijke locatie met winkels en restaurants in de buurt en direct tegenover het strand.

Manager is ook erg vriendelijk en hielp ook goed met de aankomst.

petit apartement bien situe et confortable

L'appartement esr tres bien situe a cote de la plage et du lago ,il est confortable et tout y est meme un lave linge dommage que l'appartement est frois situe au nord et qu'il n'y a pas de balcon mais nous avons passe un tres bon sejour

Zufriedene Urlauber

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Wegen der unmittelbaren Nähe zum Strand, dem sehr schönen Meerwasserschwimmbad und der nahen Promenade kann man auf einen Leihwagen verzichten. Zwei große Supermärkte, verschiedene Lokale und Geschäfte sind auch in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Die Wohnung ist mit allem eingerichtet was man braucht und das Bett ist sehr bequem.

Leider kann man nicht bei offenem Fenster wg. des Buslärms schlafen, dafür wird man mit einem sehr schönen Ausblick auf das Meer entschädigt.

Bei Fragen oder Anliegen ist die sehr nette Vermieterin immer für unsere Anliegen erreichbar. Wir freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen.
