Charming stone farmhouse dating back to the 13th century comprising 4 apartments (1 of which are occupied by the property owners), situated in quiet and panoramic location amidst the Chianti hills. An additional apartment (Mercatale 4) is approx. 700 meters away from the main house and from the swimming-pool. All of the units are nicely furnished in a typical Tuscan style and offer extensive views over the surrounding vineyards and olive groves.
This property offers nice outdoor area and a beautiful swimming-pool with solarium.
The access to the property is via un unpaved but well-maintained road.
Distances: Mercatale with all kinds of shops 5 km away, the charming town of Greve in Chianti 10 km away, Florence (airport) 18 km, the medieval town of San Gimignano 40 km away, Siena 60 km, Radda in Chianti approx. 40 km, Pisa (airport) 70 km away.
At guests’ disposal: garden with swimming-pool (12 x 6 m), solarium and barbecue. Laundry with washing-machine (to be paid on the spot).
Parking within the grounds.
Extra Services: Baby bed available on request at € 5,- / per day (payment on site). Washing-machine € 3,- / per washing. Linen and towel change is available upon request at € 5,- / per person / per change

This apartments is a share of a farmhouse situated approx. 700 m from the swimming-pool and from the other 3 units.
Mezzanine ground floor: living-room with fireplace and double sofa-bed, bathroom with shower and washing-machine, kitchen (oven) with dining area and access onto a furnished terrace.
1st floor: double bedroom.
This apartment offers a large outdoor area with beautiful panoramic views of the Chianti hills.
Our stay lasted almost a month. The location is perfect, the owner more hospitable, accomodations were exactly as described. I would rent again.
We spent a beautiful week at Mercatale 4. The property was what we expected from the website. The property owner was very nice and we had a lot of privacy. She was very helpful in directing us to the nearest grocery store and prior to arriving she gave us information so that we could book a cooking class.
I would suggest bringing a radio as there is no TV on site if you wish to have some music while you are there. The value was great for the property and the access to main highways and other towns was 100%.
The directions/GPS cordinates need to be updated on the Easy Reserve confirmation as we found that they were not as accurate as they could have been.
