The Alacinda villa is a charming Dalmatian house, perfectly integrated in a stunning landscape, surrounded by maquis and olives. It feels like it has always been a part of the scenery.
The design is light, welcoming and cosy, just like if the owner left after giving you the keys.
The patios are thoughtfully placed to enjoy the soft sun of the morning and the evening and some keep some shadow to protect you from the strong sun of the afternoon but all give a mesmerizing view on the Adriatic Sea.
The Villa has three big bedrooms with two-sized beds, and a bunk bed in an alcove. All the beds are high-quality.
There are two bathrooms on this floor.
Thus, there can be up to eight people in this house.
The building construction was followed thoroughly by the owners, every single detail was designed to assure visual comfort to the occupants.
The house is oriented in a way to get as much intimacy from the other villas around.
On the first floor, a fully equipped kitchen, a living area and a dining area are surrounded by two patios; one west-oriented ideal for the morning and the evening sun, the other spacious, south oriented, partly covered by a wooden pergola next to the swimming pool surrounded by a shower, the garden and a barbecue grill.
The three bedrooms are on the second floor. One of them is a suite with a king-sized bed et its bathroom. The other bedrooms have each a comfortable queen-sized bed. Each room, all with different designs, has a nice view on the breathtaking view.
You can also find a big parking area that can contain multiple cars. The house is secured by automatic gates.
The house gives you a nice view on Marina Frapa, the most beautiful marina of Croatia.
Located near Primosten (5 min), 35km (22miles) from the Split airport and 20min away from Trogir, the medieval neighbor of Split, jewel of the Venetian Republic, not too far from Dubrovnik, both categorized World Heritage by UNESCO.
The location of the villa will make it easy to attain the North with Sibenik, Zadar, the Kornati isles, and also the South with the beautiful Dubrovnik. Split, 45 minutes away, is the second city in Croatia to offer everything you may need with hospitals, big supermarkets, and is a very beautiful city to visit.
