Completed in September 2011, the apartment is on the tenth floor of the iconic Torch building, a structure which has one of the best locations in the marina. Both spacious and welcoming, the rooms have been decorated using a subtle colour palette reflecting the very best in urban living.
Entering the apartment, the lobby area leads directly to the generous sized living room which benefits from plenty of natural light, enhancing both the dining and living experience.
There are two sofas (sofa-beds) seating four people in comfort as well as a large multi-channel flat-screen TV.
The dining table seats six and is positioned to afford great views both day and night.
Adjoining the living space is a full spec kitchen leading off to two good-sized double bedrooms, one a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and the other a family bedroom with adjoining bathroom. Both bedrooms have views.
The bedrooms both have floor to ceiling fitted wardrobes as well as a separate dressing area.
Each bathroom has a bath with shower, a WC plus a separate bidet.
There is also a small laundry room leading off of the lobby.
