Enjoy this awesome location in paradise. Gated community. Wake up with morning coffee on the lanai overlooking the beautiful waterfront with twin fountains. Open and vaulted floor plan that flows very well. Large kitchen ready to entertain with L-Bar and tall swivel stools. Kitchen suite is all new Whirlpool stainless appliances with water and ice in the 25 sq ft refrigerator.

Electronics are sufficient with large screen sizes. 70 in the Living room!!

Fully furnished with high end furniture. En-suite bedroom has twin walk-in closets, private bath with double sinks, a large walk-in shower and HUGE soaking tub. Comfortable king bed. The spacious second bedrooms has a king bed, the 3rd bedroom has a queen bed and the "office/BR" has a day bed with trundle that can be made into two twins or one large bed. All of the rooms are very large. Laundry in home. End unit with extra yard space nearby. Two car attached garage with private driveway and extra parking close by.

Just over 5 miles to the beach. Right across the gates from Crown Colony Golf Course. Common area with party room, workout facilities, pool table, pool and tennis. 2207 finished sq ft.

Temp is set at 76 degrees which is very comfortable year round. The winter months have cooler evenings and mornings/evenings. Very efficient home.

Outstanding Condo

This property is very clean and comfortable in a great location. The kitchen was well stocked. The furniture and the beds were comfortable. You are literally 5-15 minutes from many eating establishments and 15-20 minutes from the the beach. Most convenient location we have stayed at in Ft. Myers. The community pool is well heated and the people are all very friendly. We highly recommend this property and the location.

Very friendly

As our second winter at this property it is apparent that we liked it. What I would like to add this year is how friendly everyone was. It doesn’t matter if you are a renter or an owner everyone is so nice.

Spacious condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo. Very spacious and clean with a nice lanai to enjoy the view of the pond. It has everything you need for a fun relaxing vacation!
