This exclusive access building overlooks the sandy beach, Lummus Park, the beautiful boardwalk where you can walk, bike or Rollerblade to all the restaurants, designer boutique shopping, clubs, Equinox gym, Walgreen pharmacy around the corner, Lincoln Mall, the famous News Cafe, Monty's on the harbor, the city’s hot clubs and bars and also is just 5 minutes by car or taxi from Downtown Miami, Bayside Shopping Mall and the Famous Design District.

This apartment was so convenient for my girls and I. It was exactly where we wanted to be on south beach on the strip. We literally walked everywhere as this apartment was smacked dab in the area of everything we needed (restaurants, bars, stores, shopping, and the beach was a hop and a skip across the street). The apartment fit four of us comfortabely, it wasn't too small for us and our stuff. Aldo provided us beach towels, bath towels, face towels, and rags. The apartment was also equipped with kitchen utensils and appliances. We had no problem checking in or out. The instructions were very clear and we did not have one problem during our stay. I would definitely recommend if you are trying to stay on the strip in south beach. Although we went during a busy weekend, we didn't hear all the partying and craziness from outside. I would stay here again if I come back to south beach.
I stayed at this place for 9 nights with my whole family (4 adults) and it was simply awesome. The apartment is definitely accurately advertised: clean, renewed, comfortable and also quiet despite the central location. Right across from the beach and on Ocean Drive. Aldo has been the perfect host: both friendly responsive and proactively helpful before and during our stay. He gave us very clear instructions for checking in / checking out. We would definitely recommend this place and stay here again.
Aldo was very accommodating and efficient making all of the arrangements for us to stay in this lovely apartment on very short notice. The location is ideal: close to the beach and on the strip of countless delicious restaurants. It is very convenient. The apartment itself is very comfortable. The sheets and towels are of very good quality and are extremely soft. The kitchen is just perfect and definitely with enough space for cooking. The building is surprisingly quiet for being on Ocean drive. We would stay here again to enjoy beautiful Miami Beach!
Myself and 3 of my friends stayed here (comfortably, I must say) for 5 nights and it was great! The location is perfect (right on Ocean Drive). Anything you need is pretty much at arms reach. And Aldo was great at communicating with us. We honestly didn't have any problems during our stay, except parking. Lol but he offers garage parking at an extra fee so that's another option. Definitely will be staying here again!
Aldo made sure our check in and check out was smooth. The location is great, easy to access everything most things in walking distance. Only issue was parking some days due to the holiday weekend.
I would recommend this holiday rental to anyone. Great restaurants nearby, shops as well. Enjoy!!

SPECIAL EVENTS MAY BE SUBJECT TO CHANGE : Art Basil, Boat Shows, Wine & Food Festival, Spring Break, Music Festivals, Easter, Christmas & NY, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day & Columbus Day.
CANCELLATION POLICIES: Cancellations and changes to reservations will be considered on an individual basis, however the following is our basic cancellation policy to which we will refer in most cases.
We will not be responsible for acts of God, unfavorable weather conditions, cancellation of flights or any circumstances beyond our control, and any of these will not be considered grounds for cancellation or refund.
Cancellations made 14 days or less, prior to scheduled check-in time may not be eligible for a refund.
Cancellations made 15 to 59 days prior to check-in may be eligible for a refund of 50% of the total rent for that reservation, and will be charged a $100.00 processing fee.
Cancellations made 60 days prior to check-in may receive a full refund less a $50.00 processing fee.
Date changes resulting in a reduction of the number of days reserved are subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee for each day canceled.
There will be no refunds for early check-out or for late check-in, or for "no show".
No refunds at any time during high season, holidays & special events.
