Holiday House Elena is a surprising and historic holiday home and served as a watermill. It is a paradise for lovers of peace, space and nature. The atmosphere in and around the house can be called very pleasant. Located in a green valley, 1.5 kilometers from the village of Sauveterre-la-Lémanche where there is a bakery and a small supermarket. This house stands together with the cottage Grange Moulin on a large estate but both have complete privacy and a private terrace outside.
In Lacapelle-Biron (15 km) it is adventurous 'Parc en Ciel'. This park is 16 hectares and here you will find include a beautiful lake, an exciting ropes course, mini golf and several hiking trails through the woods. This amusement park amidst nature is perfect for a cozy getaway with the family. In the village you can Fumel canoes, kayaks and mountain bikes and visit the castle of Fumel. This medieval castle serves as town hall since 1950 and both the castle and the surrounding garden are historical landmarks.
In July and August there Loubejac every Thursday from 18:30 nice night market place. Here local products such as duck, salads and wine offered that everyone can enjoy together at long tables. Also in Sauveterre-la-Lémance there is a market in the summer months where you can sample local produce, this is on Tuesday from 18:30.
The house is spread over several floors. On the ground floor is a cozy living room with a sitting area by the fireplace.
A wooden staircase leads to the first floor. Here you will find a dining area with open kitchen and a bar. The kitchen includes a 4-burner stove, dishwasher, microwave, fridge / freezer and a stove. From the kitchen to the garden with terrace at the side of the house.
Adjacent to the dining area is a bedroom with a queen size bed. Everything for babies and small children are present.
On this floor there are three bedrooms:

A small room with a cot
A bathroom with a bathtub and shower, sink, washing machine and a separate toilet in the corridor.
Through a staircase you enter the library room with couch, reading table and a bookcase. From the City Library brings a wooden staircase to the open loft with a double bed. There is a second bathroom with shower.
A terrace overlooking a river that maintains the water of the former mill. In the adjoining garden is a shed and it serves as storage space for the sunbeds, the charcoal barbecue and a rowing boat that can be used.
On the other side of the house is a coop with two chickens and a wooden chalet. This is specially designed for children; they can enjoy playing with toys here and there is even the possibility to sleep here.
