Located across the street from the beach and walking distance to restaurants, bars, stores, mini golf and Fantasy Island. Ocean views from the walkway, 2 car carport, heated outdoor showers and shared charcoal grills. Outdoor deck for relaxing and listening to the ocean. Cable TV, DVD/VCR, central air, washer/dryer, WiFi. New kitchen cabinets, granite countertops, wood floors and bathroom in 2012. Recently replaced heating and a/c in 2013.
This condo was absolutely perfect. We were the envy of our friends who were staying in other condos in the Breakers. It was so updated and comfortable and only a few minute walk to the beach. Our children had more than enough space for their things and they even loved sitting on the porch for breakfast. We will definitely be returning!!!
I've already told the owner, Sign Me Up for next year. Not only is this condo clean and beautifully decorated , it is the best location in Beach Haven. Everything you can possibly need is within walking distance. The ocean right across the street! You can go home for lunch! The condo itself is spacious and very comfortable, completely furnished with everything from coffee pots, to blenders, toaster ovens etc. the owner is a sweetheart. Very easy to get in touch with and a pleasure to do business with. I don't want to leave!
This was a wonderful home. Clean, neat, pleanty of space for 5 people.
We didnt have to use our car unles we were leaving the Island. Beach Haven is a perfect place to have a home. The home was just right for my family. We are hoping to come back next year.. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us.

Stayed here for a week over July 4th weekend and would definitely like to return next year.
Best asset of this unit is LOCATION. Location, location, location. The only way to be closer to the beach is to be on it. Also, if you enjoy the nightlife at the Shell, again you can't be in a better location unless you were staying there.
Walking distance to almost all Beach Haven bars and restaurants as well.
The unit itself is very clean and tastefully decorated. Recently updated. Bedrooms are of adequate size and the master includes a tv.
Kitchen has all the appliances you will need and a decent amount of counter space including an island and breakfast bar.
There is a nice shaded deck/porch that overlooks the Sea Shell and Engleside hotels.
Washing machine and dryer in the unit is a big help.
Covered parking for two cars is nice when you have a convertible Jeep!
Unit includes wireless internet and cable, although if you are a tv junkie you won't find high def here.
One thing to note for people with young kids: As this property is directly across the street from the Shell, sometimes people congregate outside at the closing of the bar waiting for rides and they can be a bit noisy. However, if you have the windows closed, shouldn't be a problem. Also the area is patrolled by police making sure the patrons don't linger too long.
The property also features communal charcoal grills and outdoor showers.
Landlord is very helpful and easy to work with.
Highly recommend this property if you are looking for an affordable place close to the beach and in the heart of Beach Haven.
We stayed here the last week of August prior to school beginning. The location was perfect. We have 3 children and were walking distance to everything...the beach, ice cream parlor, supermarket. However, the beach bars are also located across the street. For those who want that, it's perfect. However, with 3 children it was a little bit too loud when they were letting out. We did leave early before the following Labor Day weekend. Other than that, the place was perfect for our afternoon cocktails and chips on the child friendly deck. Will definitely return for a shorter week. The owner was great and we received our deposit in an efficient manner. Would definitely recommend.
