Very comfortable and quiet - excellent terrace
Spacious apartment, well fitted out. Superb terrace with full winter sun throughout the day and good sunbeds. Good local shops. Plenty of hot water. Everything works just as one expects. Looking forward to a return visit sometime in the future.

Apartment with sea view with sunshine at Christmas and a short walk across the gardens to the private gate straight on to the boardwalk/beach or short walk to puerto Banus. If you like walking just keep going and you will end up in marbella old town (the entire walk is beachside)
Efficient administration and management clearly detailed and seamless. Off the plane in the car keys waiting and apartment always very clean.
We have stayed in different apartments owned by Niall and Angela and they clearly are serious professional and personal and easy to contact should it be necessary.

Amazing apartment, great location, fantastic communication with Nael and Angela.
I stayed at this apartment with my daughter and her friend (19) and my son (16) for 1 week. From the minute we arrived until the day we left we absolutely loved the place. Having stayed in Banus many times before, was delighted to be on a complex south of the main road, but still within close strolling distance to the port.
The apartment itself was very spacious, clean and comfortable with all the necessaries for a self-catering holiday (except only 1 shelf in the oven whilst trying to cook 4 pizzas was a challenge!!!). The main positive is the 3 separate terraces, which not only give stunning views of the mountains and see, but also allow sunrise to sunset sunbathing.
The evenings were stunning, sitting on the master bedroom balcony with a tinto verano and watching the sunset over the mountains having some "dad" time whilst the kids were in the flat enjoying the superb Wi-Fi connection and cable TV!!!
The larger pool was very clean, quiet and ample sunbeds available at any given time. Adjacent to which is a rear gate which leads directly onto the promenade/beach. The sun beds this side of the marina are a little dearer at 10 euros each whereas if you are prepared to walk 10 minutes to the beach east side of the marina they are only 6 euro and the beach bars are more plentiful here (in my opinion Paradise Beach Bar is by far the best for lunches and ambience).
Most evening we went into port (via the very useful back gate). This is only a few minutes walk along the promenade where there are a wide variety of restaurants. The Belvedere was our favourite as reasonably priced, great menu (especially the Pulpo) and fantastic sunset view over the bays. This is on the tip of the west side of the marina.
The only downside (although you will not experience it if you plan your flights accordingly) was that the times for check in and check out are stringent (which I understand) but there is nowhere to leave luggage for a couple/few hours on arrival nor anywhere to do the same and shower before departure, so we had to hang around in a cafe for 3 hours for our transfer. On arrival we left our luggage at the reception at key pick up point but when we went back to collect, they had just been left in the main foyer (rather than in any store room or behind the desk) which was a little alarming.
All in all, a fantastic apartment, fantastic location

For future reference and we do hope you will stay with us again, many guests reserve our apartments for an extra day to facilitate their late check out/early check in...The key collection point is just that...a key collection point - and was confirmed so in writing upon reservation. As our apartments are self catering, the key collection point is not a concierge for left luggage as it's situated in another building and it was out of kindness they allowed you to leave luggage.

We were told by friends that this is one of the most popular resorts to holiday in - for two main reasons: great location plus the lovely holiday ambiance within the resort. Other influential factors are safety (you need key to enter the resort and a security guard is here full time).
We stayed at this apartment for a few days and found it of great value. The apartment is beautiful and comfortable, the furniture is elegant and the huge sea view balcony is amazing.
The owners, Angela & Nael have been absolutely lovely and eager to make sure our stay was impeccable - as a most welcome plus, we found a wifi internet connection perfectly working.
The apartment is located in a beautiful resort. There is a parking lot within the resort and has 24-hours security .Overall, fully recommendable

Tranqulity and class
Fabulous views and Close to the port, but nice and quiet. Beautiful gardens and pools. Peaceful. The beach in front of the apartment has the Blue Flag which guarantees clear water all year long and the beach is covered in golden sand. Great hosts, very helpful and knowledgeable.
A true 5 Star experience. Highly recommended

Puerto Banus area is west of Marbella and is the most loved resort in Spain It has the best climate in Europe with about 330 days of sunshine. You can fly to Malaga Airport or Gibraltar which has many flights every day at very good prices It is linked with motorway connection to all of Europe and frequent ferries to Morocco and other destinations.
