This Jamestown Cottage is in town literally steps to the harbor, restaurants, cafes, and shopping. Comfortable living room, small den with a TV, dining room, fully equipped kitchen. Pantry with washer and dryer and 1/2 bath off kitchen. Second floor has a master bedroom with private bath, and 3 bedrooms that share a bath with back stairway down to kitchen.

There is a cool, comfortable side porch and a deck /courtyard in the back with an outdoor shower. The Jamestown Ferry is a one minute walk for an afternoon of shopping or evening dining out at one of Newport's wonderful restaurants. Available for Volvo races in May of 2015.

Saturday to Saturday Rental.

Quaint in Fabulous Location

We found the accommodations charming, comfortable and a perfect place to relax. The owner was easy to contact and very accommodating.

The two minutes walk to the town pier to buy morning coffee and to watch the sun come up over the bay added to what was a perfect holiday.

We highly recommend this house for a memorable get away.

Quaint,relatively spacious, location!

Great location, all amenities for a family that prefers to spend time "together" rather than on electronic gadgets, although wifi was available. Only negative, house keeping persons arrived 1 1/2 hrs late for cleaning that we paid $200.00 dollars for, if they had arrived on time perhaps the outside of the appliances and the doors and the butcher block island would have been clean. If this was my home for rent I would find someone who pays more attention to cleanliness details and appearances. Also, an investment in matching bed sheet sets in appropriate sizes for the mattresses would be a small investment for appearances sake! All in all I would definitely rent again, not everyone has my OCD I realize. Thanks for the opportunity to share, great house!
