THE SPACE

This 50 msq 1 bedroom apartment has been recently entirely refurbished, same as this stunning period building located in district 18th. The corner apartment lays on the 1st floor and it's served by elevator. It comes with 5 windows facing the sun most of the day and a quite residential road for good nights of rest.

The apartment, elegantly decorated, presents a large LIVING ROOM with the option of a comfortable sofa bed for extra guests. 2 Flat TV console provides up to 80 international channels, DVD player and Free WI-FI

The fully equipped KITCHEN comes with fridge espresso machine with complimentary daily coffee capsules, dishwasher, electric hub, microwave, toaster, and Kettle. All pots & pans as well as cutlery, dishes and other cooking facilities are also provided.

The DOUBLE BEDROOM fits a comfortable king size bed, two wardrobes and safe box. As a unique feature, presents three windows facing different sides which combined to high ceilings and beautiful curtains transform this bedroom in a luxurious suite.

The MAIN BATHROOM is equipped with cabin shower and washing machine/drier combo, iron and ironing board are stored in a separate corner.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS

Once your reservation has been confirmed, the main correspondence will be held by e-mail in order to arrange your check-in. You local host will welcome you at the property at your best convenience and will quickly explain you the main features of the apartment or answer your questions.

We also offer pick up service from the airport and train stations and extra cleaning/ironing services are available upon payment of a fee.

200 EURO REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT and a valid ID/PASSPORT copy are required as a part of our check-in and check-out procedure

Excellent Apartment - Nothing to fault

Having rented many apartments over the years in different countries many are hit and miss. This one is certainly a hit. The apartment is very very spacious, it is big even to Australian standards, it is also very clean and well equipped with everything you could possibly need or want. Everything from the bed linen to the teaspoons are in great condition. The bathroom and kitchen are brand new. The apartment is in a good, safe and handy neighbourhood and the best thing is the metro and tram are on your doorstep, we chose the metro as it was faster and got you to more locations. To find the metro walk out of the apartment, turn left, cross the road cut through the park and its right there. 3 minute walk! The supermarkets abound, they are in the next street over (martingasse st) and they will offer you variety. Across the road is a handy pub that serves good home cooked meals and the staff are lovely. Try to explore the neighbourhood if you have time, it is actually a lovely area with lots of boutique shops and interesting things to do like visiting the local markets. Ingrid the manager is lovely and will order you a taxi if you need one and she was on hand at all times. Other than that we highly recommend this apartment and would definetely stay here again.

Ich würde gerne wiederkommen.

Die Wohnung ist wunderschön: hell und stilvoll eingerichtet, gute Raumaufteilung, alles Notwendige ist vorhanden und es war sehr sauber. In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich die U-Bahn und ebenso nah ist die Straßenbahnhaltestelle, so dass man ganz schnell in der Innenstadt ist. Innerhalb von drei bis fünf Minuten erreicht man die nette Kutschkergasse mit Marktständen sowie Cafes, Restaurants und allerlei Geschäften (Bäcker, Bioladen, Post, Drogeriemarkt, Lebensmitteldiscounter etc.). Alles in allem ist die Wohnung genial. Und perfekt war auch die unkomplizierte Übergabe. :-) Ich würde gerne wiederkommen.

Nice apartment on the first floor

Very good location (walking distance from the subway - car parking Spittelau P&R just 2 subway-stops distance). Ingrid was not present at our check-in but gave us all info by phone. Recommended.

Visit with family and friends in Vienna

Thank you Luca Salvatore Gaglio and Ingrid Kubat (hostess) for providing us with this most satisfactory apartment in regard to location, comfort and cleanliness. Being so close to public transportation (U-6) Grocery Stores and Restaurants was an added blessing. Ingrid met us at the apartment at the agreed late arrival time, arranged by my cousin via phone call from the airport, since my husband and I were unable to use our cell phones until we purchased SimCards from T-Mobil on the Mariahilferstrasse, in order to make calls in Austria. For 15 Euros each, we had sufficient time loaded on our phones to make contact with everyone in Vienna. Ingrid was very friendly and helpful in explaining the appliances, which differ somewhat from the ones we are used to in America. I had a little trouble starting the wash machine, but Ingrid was able to assist me right away. The apartment has a nice view to a little park, which leads directly to the U-6 light rail with connections to all subways and trams.

At any Tabak Trafik you can purchase a weekly ticket for the public transportation network and you can ride unlimited with it all week (Mon.- Sun.) which was very economical for us.

We enjoyed our stay of 11 days at this property very much and would rent this apartment again on an other visit to Vienna. Thank you for making our vacation easy and enjoyable by providing us with this pleasant apartment from May 3-14, 2017

Prachtig, met zorg ingericht appartement. Ruim, comfortabel, prima voorzieningen, goed voorziene keuken, fijne bedden, wifi, grote tv. Ligging: rustig, maar vlakbij een supermarkt, een snackbar, een restaurant en, het belangrijkste, een metrostation. De eigenares was erg flexibel toen ons vliegtuig uren later arriveerde, regelde een prima taxi voor ons. En de stad Wenen is geweldig en veelzijdig, voor liefhebbers van oude architectuur én moderne kunst een dikke aanrader.
