Parque da Corcovada, a new development completed in 2008, is ranked as one of the most popular resorts in Albufeira (Algarve - Portugal). The

resort, which offers a high security and privacy, close to services, the Strip, Old Town, supermarkets / shopping center, beaches and golf courses. Playground, mini golf and restaurants are only 200 meters away from the apartment.

Our apartment has a good location in the resort with direct access to a pool and garden, good for children supervision, and offers peace and privacy. This spacious apartment consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room and fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is located on the 1st floor and has two terraces and a cold garage so your car stays cool on hot days.

The living room and bedrooms have wooden floor (which offers more comfort in winter). The kitchen and bathrooms are tiled. The apartment is equipped with air-conditioner (hot and cold), free Wi-Fi, cable TV, furniture, bedding, towels, etc. making it comfortable and perfect for both short and long term stay.

Clean, modern, spacious and tastefully decorated apartment with all mod cons.

My parents, husband and our grown up son stayed here for ten days in September and had a wonderful holiday. The apartment is very spacious with three balconies, two bathrooms, one which is ensuite and a separate toilet. We ate out everyday however I honestly would have had no trouble in cooking in the well equipped kitchen. The apartment was clean and decorated tastefully. The pool area was very clean and the gardens well looked after. We were in walking distance to the main strip and the beach and the old town cost less than 8 euros to travel by taxi. I would recommend this apartment and look forward to returning in the future.

Great holiday lovely apartment home from home

Check in 16:00 arrived at midday ladies still cleaning stopped to show us around and allowed us to leave our luggage returned a hour later to immaculate apartment would advise you first trip to big supermarket to stock up with plenty of water and provisions and taxi back as quite a distance during our stay no problems getting sun beds next to the two pools and location quiet Safe and secure would definitely return to this apartment

Lovely apartment in ideal location

A modern clean and spacious apartment with all the amenities you require, lovely large pool area to relax during the day. A 10 minute walk to all the bars and restaurants and 20 mins to the beach. Would recommend this if you are looking for a combination of relaxing round the pool and busy nightlife. There is a busy road outside which can be heard but not a real problem

Great Apartment

The apartment was even nicer than expected and there was loads of space for the 5 of us. Easily could have accommodated more. The location is good, 5 minutes from the Santa Eulalia strip and 10 minutes from the main strip, but very still very quiet. The pool is only used for 2 blocks so no need to rush down to get sun lounger.

Would definitely use this Apartment again!

The apartment is fantastic, it is bigger than it looks in the pictures. The most luxurious apartment I have stayed in on holidays. It's a little bit of a trek to the old town but you can get the train from the top of the strip in the new Town, it's €4 for the day. A visit to Cockrel Kitchen is a must.

Spacious apartment in a great location

Very spacious modern apartment with everything you need as a home from home.

All the bedrooms are large with one having the en suite.

Another bathroom and also an additional toilet make this great for the large family.

Great communication from the owner and the bonus of a local agent should you have any questions.

Block 36 shares the pool with block 37. This is the 3rd time we have been in this block and pick it for the quieter block with only 2 sharing the pool. Balconies at the front and back of the apartment mean you get the sun all day.

Next time we return to Albufeira I will be looking at this apartment again.
