Located in the beautiful Arrowleaf Lodge at Empire Pass in Magical Upper Deer Valley. Developed by East West Partners who have built luxurious ski condos in Vail, Colorado, this condo is truly ski-in/ski-out. It has the look and feels like home. Furnished with top heirloom quality hand knotted Persian carpets, luxury linens and mattresses. Walk out the back door of the condo to Silver Buck ski run; put on your skis and ski down to the Silver Strike Ski Lift. It is a quad high speed chair lift, which will bring you up to the top of Flagstaff mountain, with direct access to all Deer Valley trails. Snowboarding is not available in Deer Valley, but is available in nearby Park City Ski Resort.

Offering upmarket slope-side accommodations, guests will delight in Arrow Leaf’s alpine location right in the heart of the desirable Empire Pass area at Deer Valley Resort. A truly spectacular three-bedroom residence, this property offers a state-of-the-art kitchen including top-end appliances; a Chef’s delight! The living space is cozy, chic and perfect for lounging after a day on the slopes of Deer Valley. Snuggle in next to the gas fireplace, flip on the stocked authentic bubbler jukebox and enjoy a family evening reminiscing about your perfect Park City vacation. The Master suite holds a bath retreat that includes separate shower, double sinks and radiant heat to keep your toes warm on chilly winter mornings. Then second and third bathrooms each have their own en suite bathrooms and both host queen-sized beds.

Located on the same level in adjoining Arrow Leaf building A is the Arrow Leaf Hearth Room. Take advantage of this common area social space that includes a large fireplace, lounge area, pool table, darts, books, and a computer station that offers free WiFi access. Free WiFi is also available in your property. You’ll also find your private ski locker with boot warmers in the Hearth Room. Outside you’ll find the splendid outdoor gas fire pit and dual hot tubs – the perfect way to cap off your ski day! A covered heated secure parking garage is available on site should you choose to bring a car, although most guests to Park City find a car unnecessary.

In the evenings, relive your past by dancing to a nostalgic Seeburg Bubbler CD Jukebox playing Billboard Top Hits from the fifties through the nineties!

This first floor unit looks out over the ski run. The unit is light, airy, with views of the mountains, Arrowleaf Lodge A, and of course, the Silver Buck ski run. There is a back patio with your own private stairs down to the ski run.

The condo has a spectacular open great room. The kitchen has granite counter tops with 4 bar stools. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers top of the line appliances including a Wolf range, Sub Zero refrigerator/freezer, and Viking wine cooler.

The wood dining table can comfortably seat 8. The living room has a comfortable leather couch, two French arm chairs, and fully stocked 60 CD Bubbler Jukebox.

The building has underground heated parking. The ski locker room is on the ground floor which includes your own ski locker with boot warmers. On this same floor in adjoining Arrowleaf Lodge A is Arrowleaf Lodges Hearth Room. It includes a comfortable lobby with 2 computers, a professional grade coffee/espresso/hot cocoa machine and library seating area. There is also a 50 year old antique slate pool table, darts, and large stone fireplace with lots of comfy seating.

There are two outdoor Jacuzzis for your enjoyment. Our condo is across the ski run from the world renowned Talisker Club. Unfortunately, there are no guest memberships available at the Club at the moment. Take advantage of the convenient free Dial-A-Ride chauffeur service for access to Park City Main Street. They will pick you up at the front door and drop you off in town and return you home when you are ready!

I chose to buy this unit because I intend to retire there. The location is perfect; the views are unbelievable and I love to ski.

What makes this condo unique

I love the community in which I live when I am here; I am across from the beautiful Talisker Club which I use daily for fitness, apres ski, and community with fellow owners. If I am up in Deer Valley, I am happy to take my guests to the Club. The ambience, the feel of Deer Valley, the sunrises and sunsets are unique to anything I have ever experienced.
