About the property

Stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea and the center of town. Two bedrooms, AC, WiFi, IP TV

Albaida 1 has a central location at Torrecilla beach. The penthouse apartment has two balconies, one facing east and one facing south. The view is absolutely stunning over the Mediterranean and Torrecilla beach. On the south balcony there are wind shelters mounted.

Two bedrooms, both with two single beds in each. A bathroom with shower and washing machine.

A well-equipped kitchen so you can cook if you want it. Also available dishwasher in the kitchen. The floor plan kitchen / lounge area is partially open. A living room with glass doors out to the south balcony. Mediterranean views even from inside the apartment, through the glass doors!

A new 48 inch LCD TV with a large number of TV channels, plus a movie library featuring streaming new movies. Spanish, Danish, Norwegian, British and Swedish channels.

There is too much to enter here, but I can send channel list of interest! Only the Swedish are a whole A4 page!

INTERNET is included in the rental. There is an ADSL-based Internet access with speed of around 8-10 Mbps download. No data limit! But we can never guarantee a certain speed or function, as it is beyond our control. IP TV uses the same Internet, though via cable for a secure connection.

There are two elevators in the building and a staircase!

There are ground-floor garden with lawns that belong to the association; Albaida 1, and a large pool!

You can also walk up to the large shared roof terrace, bring a chair and a book and enjoy the sun all day! There you can also wash your laundry.

It is installed AC / Heating in both bedrooms and the lounge / kitchen. It is included in the rent under the new rent law in 2016 in Andalusia.

There are numerous restaurants in the immediate area. Even supermarket within walking distance.


30% of the rental amount is due within a week of the reservation is made permanent.

The final payment, ie 70% of the total amount, to be paid no later than 8 weeks before the rental period begins.

During winter hire and we can certainly find a solution where both parties are happy!

Payment: Payment to our account at Deutsche Bank in Nerja, with a foreign payment. in EURO. Can be done from your online banking in Sweden.

The apartment and the prices are valid for up to four people. In addition, you can be five people, then we have a guest bed of a little simpler character. Then also the 5th bed linen and towels for indoor use. Supplement 50 E / weekly. At the monthly rent is the addition of the fifth person: 100 euros per month.

Cot and high chair, incl. Delivery and disposal can be arranged, but linen is not included.

There are lots of restaurants and cafeterias around when it is right in the center, a stone's throw from the beach and 5 minutes walk to the Balcon de Europa. Really gold position in other words!

Superb view, quiet but central location & fully equiped

My sister and I have just returned from our first visit to Nerja and were really pleased with the experience. The area where the apartment is located is by Playa Torrecilla, which for us, was a nicer part of the coast to stay at rather than Playa Burianna, as it was more secluded and less commercial , which suited us to the ground! While it's literally across the road from the beach, it's also a very close walk to the centre of the town from the apartment. The apartment is extremely well equiped, every item we wondered if it had, it did! There was even a huge sun umbrella and chairs to bring to the beach and set-up ourselves rather than be reliant on hiring a sunbed on the beach. In addition to beach furniture, the balcony has 2 reclining sun beds and a table and 4 chairs, which we used every morning to have our breakfast while taking in the amazing sea views for miles and miles. The other balcony has room for additional furniture and a clothes horse for drying off towels and bathing suits and is accessed through one of the two large bedrooms. The wardrobe space is immense, the decor, stylish and the entire apartment is spotlessly clean ! The shower is extremely powerful with the best water pressure I've come across EVER!

If you were inclined to cook during your holidays ( we weren't - with so many good restaurants to choose from, we ate out !!) there is an enormous array of pots , pans, plates, mugs, cups and glasses to choose from. In addition, there was a small store of items in the presses like coffee, oil, salt, pepper- the basic essentials and some detergent for the washing machine which was really handy too. The air conditioning was excellent and worked perfectly in cooling down the apartment at all times. ( Don't forget to empty the bucket regularely)

Ulf, was a pleasure to deal with, extremely informative and very helpful in every way. Any questions I had in advance of our trip were answered very promptly and to our complete satisfaction. I would highly recommend staying in Ulf's apartment and would have no hesitation in returning there myself in the future. A few nice restaurants & bars to check out include : PataNegra, Oliva, Puerta del Mar, La Puntilla, Bar Redonda, Bar Dolores El Chispa, La Molina, Los Barrillas and El Pulguilla to name but a few! I hope you enjoy your holiday staying in Ulf's apartment as much as we did !

Vi var fyra personer som hade en underbar vecka i Nerja och i denna fina lägenhet. Att kunna gå ut på balkongen på morgonen och ta den första kopp kaffen samtidigt om solen kom upp var helt suveränt.

Närhet till centrum samt många fina restauranger gjorde att till denna lägenhet vill vi komma tillbaka till.

Koselig leilighet med fantastiskt utsikt!

Koselig leilighet med full utstyr, to gode sove rum. Alt rent og fint. Er i den vakre byen Nerja, med fantastiskt utsikt. Nesten alt som man trenger er i nærheten av leiligheten. Restauranger, butikker og stranden veldig nærmere.

Great appartment and fantastic holidays

We spent two weeks in August in this appartment. The location is great, just 5 minutes from the beach. The view is beautiful. The balcony is big enough to have breakfast, lunch or dinner with four people. The appartment is well-equipped with air-conditionning, wi-fi, dishwasher, etc. We have no problem recommending this appartment. This was the second time we rented the appartment and I'm sure it wasn't the last.

On the floor 7 of 7 so you have a fantastic view over the Mediterranean from the apartment. Yet, you are almost in the town of Nerja!

It takes seven minutes to walk to the Balcon de Europa. Dozens of restaurants on the street below. Torrecilla beach is just 150 m from the house! Visit the caves of Nerja, an attraction! Alhambra may also be worth seeing!

It is often possible to find no parking on the side streets, but a car is absolutely nothing you need, then location is prime and central.

Nerja is an old fishing village with an authentic Andalusian atmosphere and the city is never empty of people when the city first, many residents, and is a tourist town year round. The subtropical climate helps its popularity and the genuine Spanish remains.

Walking in the narrow streets and visit any of the hundreds of restaurants from around the world.

The largest beach is called Burriana and you can walk in about 30 minutes.

Hiking in the mountains, or snorkel at one of the cliffs that reach out into the sea. Go skiing in the morning in the Sierra Nevada, swim in the sea in the afternoon, the choice is yours.
