PLEASE NOTE-- ALL outside pictures are taken from MY balcony---This condo has THE BEST VIEWS in Marco--bar none! Overlook the Gulf of Mexico, the 5 mile, white sand, crescent beach-- the beautiful pool or the lush Marco Island skyline just beyond Clam Bay. All of this can be seen from the 300 square ft.,WRAP AROUND balcony, 15 floors above everything.

Step outside from the living room or either bedroom to absorb the beauty, the breeze, the tranquility of your corner of paradise. By day, you will see the dolphins play, the pelicans dive, and nature all around. By night, you will witness the most magnificent sunsets you have ever seen and feel the balmy breezes off the warm gulf waters. When you do come inside, you will relax in comfortable, roomy accommodations. You may want to dine at one of the many fabulous restaurants or you may just want to sit at the dining room table for dinner while gazing outside at the beauty of the blue water and passing boats. OR, YOU MAY CHOOSE to dine on the balcony!

You will want to return again and again! New tile floors throughout, New king size mattress and flat Screen TV .

Also, totally renovated and upgraded kitchen including NEW cabinets--NEW granite counter top--NEW appliances--NEW lighting and more. Check out the pictures!

Information on Local Activities and Recreation: Located on the shelving unit, in the entrance of the condo is a collection of valuable information regarding everything from menus and dining guides to many of the local restaurants, to various shopping areas, to local Golfing and Sport fishing contacts, churches, and much more. You also have a local phone book at your finger tips.

If you would like to know more about any special activities or events occurring during your stay, or who is entertaining and where, you can go down the elevator to the covered parking garage and pick up the Marco Eagle newspaper. It will also give you a listing of high and low tides for the week. High tide is a good time for fishing and low tide is a good time for sea shell hunting.

You may wish to relax and merely enjoy the beauty of nature all around you OR , if you wish, you can find a new adventure at every turn.

Marco Island-- specifically my balcony-- is the most breath taking place on earth, in my estimation. It truly is a paradise!

In 22 years of returning there over and over again, I never tire of the magnificent view and the comfortable, relaxed feeling I get when I arrive.

My family and friends love it there just as much as I do.

What makes this condo unique

Tower 3 is located in the perfect spot-- Not only can you see the entire beach and shoreline from north to south but you can look down at the sparkling water in the heated pool below and the beautiful palm trees and landscape that surround it.

The magnificent sunsets can be seen from the balcony all 12 months of the year. (not so in the other towers)

  • Master has a Tropical motif with a private dressing area and bathroom/shower area. Ample closet space and plenty of dresser drawers Extra pillows and blankets. Also has a TV and DVD player for your relaxed viewing pleasure. It also has a sliding glass door that leads to the chaise lounge waiting for you on the balcony. The guest bedroom is light and airy and has a large closet (with lots of hangers) and plenty of drawer space. It also has a sliding glass door leading to the balcony. Step outside the other door to the newly decorated guest bathroom.

Condo is fully equipped for a comfortable, convenient stay. You only need to bring your personal items. Kitchen is recently renovated, floor to ceiling, with new cabinets, counter top, lighting,appliances. New Flat Screen TV in living room! New, upgraded, porcelain tile flooring throughout the unit. There is a washer and dryer at the end of the hall. Balcony has New raised Captains Chairs to enjoy the view comfortably.

Awesome Condo!!!

Marco Island is one of my favorite beaches to visit, and this condo has one of the most spectacular views of the sand, beach, dolphins, stars, and (my favorite)SUNSETS! You can watch these views while relaxing on the wrap around private balcony, cooking, eating or even watching tv.

The condo is first class with amenities. It is clean, comfortable, and quiet. I felt very safe because of the gated community, key/code entrances, security camera and lifeguard on duty.

I spent hours at the beach swimming, collecting sea shells, and walking. The pool is big with shade from the palm trees. It is the kind of place where you can do so many activities or just simply RELAX.

Grocery stores and delicious restaurants are close by, and everyone is so super friendly!

The owner makes you feel like a million dollars. I highly recommend this condo.

Everything as advertised. Awesome, panoramic and we'll add, incredibly relaxing. The condo is clean, spacious, airy, light and quiet and has everything you'll need to spend time on Marco Island. Plenty of parking, the pool was always relaxing, and it is just short walk to the beach. The entire complex is well kept. We've been traveling to Florida for many years, this was our best vacation by far. All the necessities (groceries, drugstore, etc..) are close by, lots of choices for dining. Not a lot of shopping on the island if that's what you are looking for, but plenty on your way to and in Naples which made for a nice, short, getaway. We had a week of perfect weather, which made it even nicer. The owner was a joy to work with. We're already booked to come back next year.

breathtaking views....

This property is amazing! The views are breathtaking and will not disappoint. We spent just over a week and enjoyed every minute of it. The balcony views, to the pool and beach we had the most relaxing vacation ever. Thank you so much for allowing us to rent your beautiful condo. The condo itself was spacious for a family of 4. The beach was great if you are looking for shells which also made it easy to walk on. The sandbar was pretty neat first thing in the morning to get shells and sand dollars. We had such an amazing time on Marco Island as well as Naples.

Comfortable, relaxing, breathtaking sunsets

We felt comfortable from the moment we stepped into this condo. Everything was as advertised. There was plenty of space for us to spread out. The views from the balcony cannot be beat. And because of the wrap around balcony, there was an area in the shade during every part of the day. The building felt very secure and safe. We found lots of great restaurants close by. Doreen's Cup of Joe was our favorite for breakfast. For a special night out, Sale E Pepe is top notch with an amazing ocean front view - perfect at sunset. Naples is not a far drive and we also found excellent dining and shopping there. The manatee tour was also worthwhile. Overall, this vacation is one of our nicest. Plenty of things to do, but also a fantastic spot to just relax and unwind from the stress of life!

Most relaxing vacation, ever!

This condo was just as advertised. Wonderful accommodations, great views of the Gulf, very nice pool and surrounding property that is beautifully well kept. Our family has been taking beach vacations for many years, but this was our first trip to Marco Island. The whole experience was relaxing and entirely enjoyable. Plenty of great restaurants, kayaking, jet-skiing, Everglades tours provide lots of options for things to do other than hanging out at the pool or beach. The beaches here are amazing - huge expanses of white sand with shore birds and fish to watch, as well as the occasional dolphin sighting.

There was nothing about our week that was disappointing. We will certainly be back!

Car: recommended

Cross over the Judge Jolly Bridge to Marco Island and you will immediately sense you entered a tropical paradise . You'll see the fabulous Marco Island Yacht Club on the right. As you continue on Collier Blvd. you will pass many shops, restaurants, and fun places to hang out. You only need to go about 1 mile to the guard gate of the South Seas Towers where you will be greeted warmly. You may want to take a drive around the island to see the many multi million dollar homes and estates. Or you may want to go directly to the magnificent, white sand beach to have some fun in the sun and surf! You can choose to be busy every minute or you can just crash and breathe in the quiet beauty that surrounds you.
