## THE ACCOMMODATION
Apartment of 37 m² in the heart of Bordeaux, near Le Grand Theâtre. Perfect location to live your own Bordeaux experience and discover the city.
On the 3rd floor of a typical Bordeaux building, the apartment has been renovated with taste.
You will find a well equipped kitchen on your right then a large living-room living room with a sofa, a coffee table and a TV.
WC are separated and there is a bathtub in the bathroom. You will also find a room with double beds and cupboards.
Wi-Fi is free, only for this this apartment.

A cot can be provided at a cost of €20 per stay and €30 with a high chair.
## DEPOSIT
A bank imprint of €250 will be requested as part of the rental. In the form of a payment link and managed by the secure online service Swikly, it is compulsory and must be made before arrival in the accommodation. The amount is not blocked or debited and does not affect the maximum amount you can use your credit card. You will only have to pay a service fee of €3,30.
Within 7 days of your departure, and subject to compliance with the general terms and conditions of sale, as well as the return of the property in perfect condition, this operation is automatically cancelled.

Arrivals are normally from 4 pm to 8:30 pm, however it is possible to arrive later, on request, with a supplement of €10 per additional hour.
## GETTING AROUND
A chic, attractive and harmonious district with its elegant buildings, luxury boutiques, performance halls, and some of Bordeaux's finest restaurants.
On one side, the area is bounded by the Cours de l’Intendance, Cours Georges-Clémenceau, and cours Xavier-Arnozan, the famous Golden triangle with the beautiful views of Place de la Comédie, Place Tourny, Place des Quinconces and the ‘Grand Theatre’. The Grands Hommes place, a neo-classic district, is a reflection of the new urbanism vision after the French Revolution. There are many English-style boutiques. All the places to meet for the high society from Bordeaux. A tradition that you will still note at the Brasserie Le Noailles.
On the other side is the town hall (the impressive Palais Rohan), the Saint-André Cathedral, and the Tour Pey-Berland, a bell tower topped by a golden bronze statue of Lady of Aquitaine.

From Mérignac airport:
Take tram A or bus 1 from Mérignac aéroport Station to the Gambetta Mériadeck Station then walk 10 minutes.
From Saint Jean Railway Station:
Take the tram C from Gare Saint Jean Station to the Quinconces Station then walk 5 minutes.
