Unlike most Laguna Beach properties, Blue Agave does not require a 1 week minimum occupancy. Please note that, given the floor plan, the apartment may be rented as a 1 bedroom/1 bath for 2 guests or 2 bedroom/2 bath for 4 guests.
Additionally, Blue Agave offers a B3 Option ('Bed, Bath & Barbecue') that provides a very economical alternative to a fully furnished apartment accommodation.

We had a really great time at the Blue Agave. The home is very clean and very well equipped. The sheets, the towels, the bedding, the kitchen appliances - everything was top of the line. The location is amazing - truly steps to the beach in one direction or fantastic shopping/dining in the other direction. The homeowner is extremely helpful and accomodating. I highly recommend this property.
This clean, cozy duplex is absolutely in the best location! Loved how we parked our car and did not touch until it was time to drive home five days later. If you love walking to the beach, shops, and restaurants you have found your next vacation rental.

Posted rates are for 3 Bedroom/3 Bath accommodation (maximum 6 overnight guests). Inquire for 2 Bedroom/2 Bath or 1 Bedroom/1 Bath configurations. A "normal" end-of-stay cleaning fee included in all posted rates. Additionally, there is a required $500.00 refundable damage deposit for weekly stays. Inquire for damage deposit for shorter stays.
