This beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath condo is within walking distance to the Peak 9 ski area base and downtown. The Peak 9 base area is home to the Breckenridge child care center, ski school and the Quicksilver super chair lift. Our unit is a 3-5 min walk to the south end of Main Street .

This unit is 1200 sq ft and has a king bed in the master, two twin beds and a twin over twin bunk bed in the second bedroom(total of 4 twin beds) and a pullout queen sofa bed. There is seating for ten in the dining room. You will enjoy the fully stocked modern kitchen and the beautiful granite countertops throughout the unit. Enjoy spectacular ski mountain views from the private outdoor hot tub on the deck of this second floor, elevator accessed condo. For your convenience, our unit includes a full size washer and dryer, free high speed Internet(wired and WIFI), gas fireplace, hair dryer, iron, ironing board and a ski /bike storage closet on the first floor.

We purchased this condo for an escape from the Florida heat! We love to visit in the winter to ski/board! We love to visit in the summer to hike and enjoy the beautiful weather! We purchased this property for the beautiful views of the mountains and for the great resort atmosphere that Breckenridge has to offer!

Notes:
The Corral at Breckenridge Complex offers two outdoor common hot tubs, fitness gym, steam room and heated parking lots. There is also a DVD rental machine in the lobby. There are three stops for the free Breckenridge Shuttle Bus within 50 yards of our unit. The Corral at Breckenridge is a non-smoking facility. Smoking is not allowed on any decks or common areas. Please, no pets are allowed. There is a game room in the west building with a pool table, air hockey, foosball table and a 55' in TV. There is also a business center with a computer with internet access and printer in the west building.

Location & Comfort All in One!

Just stayed at The Corral during a long weekend girls trip during Oktoberfest. The condo was easy to find, had super simple check-in, and great parking. The location was amazing, we left the rental car parked all weekend and walked all over town (or a cheap Uber ride if you get caught in the rain!) The private hot tub has an amazing view. Would highly recommend staying here!

Great unit, easy walk to Main Street, great balcony view and hot tub, very clean

Nicely decorated, clean, and comfortable. Great location and easy walk to Main Street. The private hot tub on our balcony was a plus, and a beautiful view of the mountains. We noticed some road noise from the highway, but it wasn't unbearable, and that's the trade off to be so close to the bars, shops, and restaurants. The kitchen seemed well appointed, even though we never cooked. Bathrooms had all the necessities and were very clean as well. Overall extremely pleased with the unit. Great place for a girls weekend. And my friends (that only stay in hotels, never in a rental home), were very surprised at how great the place was. Would definitely rent this place again.

Perfect location and VERY comfortable Condo. Amazing views!

My family of four was very comfortable in this condo. Nicely appointed, comfortable beds, two full bathrooms, kitchen stocked with everything you could need, windows had a perfect view of the mountains, and the hot tub on the deck was a nice perk. We would definitely stay here again!!

Easy walk to skiing

Comfortable, well-stocked condo with plenty of room for our family of six and an easy 15 minute walk to Peak 9 at Breckenridge. The hot tub on the patio was nice. While the condo's bedroom back up against the main road, the owners thoughtfully provided white noise machines to knock down the noise at night.

Cozy condo within waking distance of downtown.

Cozy condo right next to gas station & Main street. Bus stop is near, beds were comfy, cable tv in all rooms, washer/dryer, fireplace. Would stay here again!

The Corral at Breckenridge is located on the corner of Main Street and Broken Lance Drive. The unit is within walking distance to the Ski area (8-10 min) and to downtown(3-5 min) where you will find many shops and restaurants. In the winter, you can enjoy downhill snow skiing, cross country skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, sledding/tubing, horse drawn sleigh rides, etc. Avoid the long lift lines at the Peak 8 base area, stay in the Peak 9 base area at The Corral at Breckenridge! In the summer, you can enjoy whitewater rafting, mountain biking, fly-fishing, boating on nearby Lake Dillon, horseback riding, music festivals and many other activities at the Peak 8 base area.
