Welcome to our Florida holiday villa, Palm Villa, a Florida vacation rental paradise in Rotonda West on the Gulf Coast's Cape Haze Peninsula. It's the perfect place for a Gulf Coast vacation…. just minutes away from Boca Grande, Gasparilla Island and the Manasota Key beaches. The large, heated pool is south-facing, and the house has a lovely view of lush tropical foliage and palm trees. Imagine sitting next to a beautiful pool and spa while the palm trees sway in Gulf Coast breezes and the scent of honeysuckle drifts through the air. It's all here! From the comfort of our attractively landscaped 3-bedroom Florida rental villa, you'll be able to take advantage of everything the Florida Gulf Coast has to offer.
Our Villa boasts High-definition TV, DVD/CD players, games console, an oversized pool with electric heat, and separate in-ground spa. You will even find all that you require for a day at the beach (beach chairs, coolers, beach towels, water toys etc.) The oversized pool is electrically heated, allowing our guests to swim comfortably all year. The pool area is perfect for 'al fresco' dining, with table and chairs.
There are sun loungers for relaxing in the sun. The entire pool and deck is screened for a 'bug-free' environment. The villa is surrounded by 5 excellent golf courses, and is just a 10-15 minute drive from spectacular beaches. Enjoy great cycling (road and all-terrain) as well as excellent shopping and restaurants. Our local management company is always on hand to attend to your needs. Rotonda offers the very best of Florida in one wonderful location – natural surroundings, long beaches, turquoise seas, lush green landscapes and vivid sunsets. The South West Gulf Coast has miles and miles of natural pristine beaches and clear water, with an average temperature of about 75 degrees year round and an ocean temperature of around 80.
