This corner unit is near high-end resorts and the coastal multi-use walking/bike path. Convenient, affordable and very comfortable. This is an end-unit, on the ocean (quiet) side of a small 24 unit complex. It is a short walk to beaches of the Royal Coconut Coast. Guests love the convenience of the being on the the ocean side of the main road within walking distance of the grocery stores, restaurants and shops. Within a few blocks, there is access to a popular coastal walking path which runs for miles in both directions.
Both bedrooms have queen beds and there is a double futon in the living area.
We have added free-standing air conditioning in the living room and one bedroom providing year-round comfort. However, the A/C doesn't cool enough for everyone's liking. Opening the doors on the covered front and back lanai doors allows breezes to flow through the kitchen and the living room. Both bedrooms are located on greenbelts and have lots of natural light.
Parking is free in a reserved parking space which is conveniently located near the front of unit. There is a shared, coin-operated laundry area just steps from the unit. The complex was just repainted and treated for pests.
This is an end-unit in a 2 story complex. The back of the unit faces a greenbelt and the tennis court of neighboring ocean front resort. The front of the unit faces a landscaped greenbelt area.
Enjoy this convenient location without a rental car! Walk to shopping, restaurants and nearby resorts. Or connect to the nearby oceanfront path for longer walks to snorkeling and protected ocean swimming at a lava rock enclosed ocean swimming area or numerous or other beaches.

One bedroom has windows facing toward ocean and greenbelt. This bedroom has a free-standing air-conditioning unit. The second bedroom has windows facing the landscaped front area with tropical foliage. The remodeled full bath is between the bedrooms.
The covered back lanai has a charcoal BBQ and beach supplies. We supply beach towels, boogie boards, beach mats, beach bags and beach umbrella.
Enjoy the beach all day and come home to a vacation 'home' in the smallest complex in the Kapaa/Wailua area Enjoy the convenience of a bottom floor, end-unit. No elevators, no lobby, no stairs. Your reserved parking space is directly in front of the unit and there is no parking or resort fee. The back lanai faces a greenbelt and is a perfect spot for the afternoon BBQ.
We do recommend having a rental car reservation prior to arrival and using that car during your stay to experience the full beauty of Kauai. However, this is one of the few locations on Kauai you can enjoy without a rental car. Take a 15 minute taxi ride (7 miles) from the airport. Or let your friends and family take the car for the day while you enjoy walking to the many beaches
The narrow strip of land on the ocean side of the highway has upscale resorts within walking distance. Enjoy a different restaurant each night and afternoon cocktails at the nearby beach bars. Or walk across the street to two shopping centers to enjoy coffee shops and restaurants.
This is a central location. Wake up in the morning and decide to snorkel on the north shore (24 mi to Hanalei Bay) or body board on the south shore (19 miles to Poipu) Or enjoy the surrounding Wailua area with it's many activities including the Wailua golf course (2.5 miles)
Just one note, we do not have central A/C. We have two , free standing 1250 BTU units in the bedroom and living room.
