Enjoy Mediterranean cuisine in a good restaurant, perhaps in La Badiane, three toques (16/20) at the Gault & Millau guide, in the old town of Sainte-Maxime, or visit one of the rare three stars of France: The Golden Wave, in Saint-Tropez (whose leader is the young Arnaud Donckele).
