Our past guests say it all, remember 2007 was our first full year!
How appropriate that the Gronowski boys (and Wald boy) would be the first to sign the guest book. Ray would have loved this beautiful place and probably would not have left. Thank you Gregg for your wonderful hospitality and to the 2 Karen's, we love Ya and Garrett, great vision and craftsmanship!

We have enjoyed stay at the Mill very much. This worked out just perfect, while the guys went hunting we did a little sight seeing. The Mill is very tastefully decorated, you have put a lot of hard work in this place. We hope to see you again soon!

We are retired and live in Beulah for part of the summer..our main home is near the Mill on Sand Creek and we enjoy making sure our guest have a wonderful time..When not enjoying Beulah and Sand Creek we are on the Missouri River fishing Walley north of Pierre, SD.. We live in Cape Coral, Florida during the winter time..
Jeanne Jurgens purchased this villa in 2004
When we bought the Mill is had been used as a horse barn since the 50's.. we could see the potential it had and we knew we were up to the project of bringing her back to the grand lady she is today..
Son Garrett did alot of the planning, design and work on the Mill.. his vision lead him to some very interesting ways of leaving some of the old equipment in the Mill and built around them.. it is very, very unique..and ofcouse just watching Sand Creek is wonderful.. watching the wild life from the 4500 sq foot decks is very very cool as well!!!
Wife and I loved it. We utilized the The Mill to attend Sturgis Rally Week half a day, each day, and to take in all the local attractions the remainder of the day. We were able to visit Devils Tower, tour Black Hills National Park, take in Mount Rushmore and The Bad Lands National Park. Returning to The Mill was always appreciated. The only thing I would mention is the apparent absence of a washer and dryer. Other than that, our stay was perfect.
