We recently stayed at Loredana's apartment for 7 days. It was exactly as described in VRBO. We really appreciated that Lorendana provided milk, coffee, jams etc. and a lovely bottle of Rose wine as part of her welcome. We really enjoyed the extra space that the apartment provided in comparison to a small hotel room. The apartment itself is centrally located and provides a great home base so that you can easily walk to all tourist attractions. Below the apartment, is a great little pizza restaurant which we used a couple of nights after our long days of walking. If you are a light sleeper I would suggest earplugs as it is noisy on the busy street below. I would stay here again if we ever return to Rome. Thanks very much Loredana for your assistance in making our stay so carefree.

This apartment was perfect in every way! It is beautifully presented, the perfect location (very very close to the Colosseum and we walked everywhere including to the Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps and very close to the main train station), there were amazing restaurants that were so close and an amazing pizza shop literally downstairs from the apartment.
Loredana was the perfect hostess and very generous. She stocked us with breakfast foods, including a massive bowl of beautiful fruits, and basic staples in the fridge, she gave us a detailed tour of the apartment, gave us a lot of physical information (maps, etc...) of places and restaurants to visit. She is a wonderful person whom we are very glad to have met.
Can't say enough good things about our stay!
We rented this apartment in Monti in September, 2015 for 4 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is in a nice area, tastefully decorated, clean, convenient to the train/metro/shopping, and just a short walk to the Colosseum and other sights. Loredana is the perfect host! After sharing with her that we were celebrating a wedding anniversary on this trip, she had fresh flowers and a small bottle of wine upon our arrival. She also provided a tasty assortment of snacks (crackers, juice, water, fruit, yogurt) which was totally unexpected and much appreciated. I highly recommend this apartment!
We had a wonderful stay in the apartment at Giovanni Lanza 108.
The apartment is very well located, absolutely clean and complete with all that we needed for a comfortable stay in Rome.
We especially appreciated Loredana’s availability, her kind attention, and the fact that she provided us with all that was necessary to eat for our first day in Rome as the grocery stores were closed the day of our arrival, holiday May 1st.
She was also very kind to take care to track our lost luggage, calling the lost luggage service of the air company in Fiumicino, and even waiting for the delivery of the luggage at the apartment so that we did not lose time to visit Rome while waiting for it.
We will keep a very good souvenir of our stay and recommend it.

In the list of things to do in Monti there are the Colosseum and the Roman Forum, visit its museums and the market of the second century, or take a look at the column and the Basilica of Trajan. On the north-western district is the Palazzo delle Esposizioni, an exhibition space for contemporary exhibitions of great attraction while in the nearby Via Panisperna there are several small art galleries. On the south-eastern area (near the Colosseum) is the Church of San Clemente, a favorite place for fans of underground archeology, given that this is a church built on another church of the first century built on foundations of a Roman house. Almost hidden in the heart of this area is the church of San Pietro in Vincoli, with an extraordinary group of sculptures of Michelangelo.
