About TJ Jones
Our family loves wildlife, the Rockies and the serenity of nature. We like to work hard and take getaways to this beautiful and refreshing place, in the mountains. The fresh air supports our health and wellness.

Why TJ Jones chose Allenspark
We grew up coming to Tahosa Ranch in the 1980's to 2000's to visit our grandparents in this cabin, playing in the creek and hoping to catch a glimpse of a moose. This is an idyllic place to enjoy a family vacation, romantic getaway, relax in solitude or hike for miles. Perfectly situated on Peak to Peak highway, nestled against the forest and minutes from Estes Park where we love to take our kids to Trout Haven and near the Rocky Mountain National Park, where we like to drive through and watch the animals on our way to and from the sled hill. A very lovely place and experience.

Great spot to explore RMNP
We had 10 guys for a few days and everyone loved the place. Ten was probably the most I would want to put in the place though with couches and futons I am sure you could get closer to 15. Kitchen was very nice, we cooked all of our meals at the house. Got a lot of use out of the huge charcoal grill on the deck. Property is mostly steep grade but it's walking distance to an entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park so we took full advantage. Nice little trout stream close by too, we caught a few brookies. Really great and private house overall. Would recommend to anyone.
Wonderful space for large gatherings
Great location just a few minutes from Wild Basin area of Rocky Mountain National Park, five or so minutes from Allenspark, and 15 minutes from Estes Park.
The space itself is perfect for large gatherings. We had a family reunion, and there was plenty of room for everyone, especially in the large living area. All the amenities were greatly appreciated, and the owners' prompt communication clearly shows they take pride in ensuring guests have a good experience. Would definitely recommend.
Beautiful location
TJ and Emily were very accommodating and helpful when needed. Great location and beautiful property. Thank you.
We hope to come back to this lovely home
We thoroughly enjoyed our time in the Rocky Mountain National Park and at this lovely home. The owners are hospitable, the home is beautiful and lovely, and even the weather was nice. Five stars!

Tahosa Ranch is a taste of Mountain living. You can get a major feel for nature but can hop over to Estes Park for all kinds of cool activities or you can try the Allenspark Visitor Center for Local paintings and artwork. Hit up the sled hill in the park. Charles Eagle
Plume's shop is about 4 miles down the road from the cabin and you must visit.
