The apartment located in one of Gràcia's Neighbourhoods, a few minutes away from Park Güell-one of Gaudi's famous masterpieces- Offering some of the best views over Barcelona. It's a quite and peaceful area with very good public transportation.
It is found of a peaceful family building and has-been fully refurbished and renovated With all the latest appliances and comforts you May need. In a Neighbourhood close to the city center but quite and green. A perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day sightseeing.
The apartment has 75 m2 and Consists of:
A living room with a 40 "smart TV, DVD player, sofa, and a dining room table big enough for 6 people.
3 bedrooms - 1 master bedroom with two twin beds, one doubleroom and one bedroom with a trundle bed. The master bedroom and the double bedroom can include one single bed, or two beds can be pushed That apart. All the rooms face the outside.
A complete bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen connected to a charming balcony with one table and two chairs.
Crib and high chair are available for infants. If needed, please let us know in the booking process.
Heating and air conditioning in the Entire house and high speed wireless connection.
Parking in the same building (not suitable for 8 seater cars). Ask for availability. The price per night of the parking is 10 euros.
Please note our apartment is on the 2nd floor With no lift.

The apartment is located in a neighborhood in the north part of Gràcia, one of the MOST popular and vibrant districts in Barcelona. The center of Gracia is full of small, vibrant and winding streets and squares With cafes, restaurants, fresh food markets and boutiques.
The neighboorhood Where the apartment is located is one of the highest found in town and one of the greenest in Barcelona, treats including The Parc de la Creueta of Coll and Park Güell, two of the largest parks in the city. It's Also close to the Tibidabo Mountain.
We are a 3 minute walk from the bus station and 5-7 minutes away from Vallcarca subway Station (L3) Directly Which leads to many famous Barcelona landmarks in a short time (Paseo de Gracia, Catalunya, Las Ramblas, Drassanes, Paral. Lel , Poble Sec, Espanya ...)
There's Also a cab station a 3 minute walk away
The apartment is spacious and beautifully decorated with maximum functionality for visiting guests. It is located far enough away from busy streets to enjoy the quiet moments in the city. The Metro is a short distance away to connect you to the central features of the city. I highly recommend this apartment to any visiting guests – it was a wonderful place to begin our trip to Spain.
We were very pleased with this VRBO. The only negative would be it isn't in the city. It is very close to Park Guell which was fantastic. Marta was very accommodating especially with early arrival & then a late checkout. It is close to a metro so traveling into heart of city isn't a problem...
We had such a wonderful stay at Marta's apartment in Barcelona. The apartment was well represented in both the pictures and description on line. It was cozy but still very roomy for our family of five. We loved the location, a little off the beaten path. We felt that we were experiencing the Barcelona where locals live and not just the spots tourists visit. Also the apartment was a quick walk to a Metro stop that was easy to use and took you to all the popular attractions. Marta, the landlady, went above and beyond to help us. Before we arrived she sent me information about attractions we should see when we arrived, and wisely advised us to buy advance tickets. She even provided me the links to the website to buy tickets! She met us at the apartment and provided us with great information about the city. And as it turned out we ended up having an extra night in Barcelona and because this apartment was booked she let us stay in another apartment in the building so we didn't have to move to a hotel. Overall we had a wonderful experience and I would recommend this apartment to a friend.
Safe and Quiet location with short walk to the metro. Clean, light and airy. Very comfy beds. 20 minutes from the airport by taxi. Very friendly and welcoming owner who did everything to make our stay as good as possible with great recommendations on restaurants and sites to visit. Close to Parc Guell. Good kitchen facilities if you want to eat in and close to supermarket (5 min walk). All in all good value for money and exceeded our expectations.
What a great place to stay when you're in Barcelona! Lovely decorated apartment, very clean and conveniently located (close to the metro which takes you to the city centre). Marta is a lovely host as well and she made us feel very welcome. Whenever I'll return to Barcelona, I will definitely book this apartment again!
I stayed with my wife and kids ( 6 of us) on this lovely 3 bed flat, very warm and clean, and nice lovely landlord

If we come back to Barcelona definitely we will stay at this place again
two tube stations are close by and it takes only 15 min to get to Plaza de Catalunya and Ramblas
