About the property

Perfect for 2 families or 3 couples

On the 1st floor in a small building with 6 private homes.

Our apartment is located in the center of the resort, at the top of the avenue of the Games - the most commercial and lively of the resort where also the ice rink and the swimming pool discovered.

Access to the slopes is very fast: in 5mn on foot, you will put on the track of the Rif Nel to join the gathering of ski schools in Bergers, where you will join the Rond-Point des Pistes and the Signal. You can also borrow the ski lift by ski or on foot.

It is facing south with large windows overlooking a balcony allowing to enjoy a magnificent view of the resort, the signal of the man, the Muzelle, the Meije ....

Six people can be comfortably accommodated in this duplex of 70m2 renovated in chalet style: so share the fun of holidays with two families or three couples. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with double beds and a cabin room with 2 single beds or pull-out beds, ideal for a children's play area.

At the entrance you will find a bathroom and a separate toilet and a living room with a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, electric coffee maker, raclette machine), and a lounge Dining room equipped with a TV + radio: this friendly living room gives access to a large balcony equipped with a table and chair to enjoy lunch in the sun.

An entrance with access to the 2nd floor offers many storage and coat rack.

nous avons apprécié l'emplacement dans la station, commerces et restaurants accessibles à pieds.

Le balcon exposé sud et bien protégé du vent est très agréable.

Le séjour n'est pas très grand mais bien équipé ainsi que la cuisine.

Cathy est très sympathique et disponible.
