About the property

Perfect for 2 families or 3 couples

1st floor in a small building of 6 private homes.

Our apartment is located in the center of the resort, at the top of the Avenue of the Games - the most commercial and busiest station and also lie the ice and discoveries pool.

Access to the slopes is very fast: in 5 minutes walk you put shoes on the track the Rif Nel to join the gathering of ski schools to the Shepherds, or you reach the roundabout Tracks and Signal. You can also borrow ski or walk the lift telecentre ..

It is south facing with large windows overlooking a balcony to enjoy a magnificent view of the resort, the Human signal Muzelle, Meije ....

Six people can be comfortably accommodated in this duplex 70m2 renovated cottage style and share the pleasure of the holiday with two families or three couples. The first floor houses two bedrooms with double beds and a cabin room with 2 single or bunk beds, perfect for a play area for children.

At the entry level, you will find a bathroom and a separate toilet and a living room with a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, raclette machine) and lounge dining room equipped with TV + radio: this homely living room provides access to a large balcony with table and chairs to enjoy lunch in the sun.

Entrance with access to the 2nd floor offers ample storage space and coat rack.

Fantastic apartment for our summer break, great bedrooms, clean bathroom and wc and fantastic living space with balcony.

Cathy the owner was very friendly and helpful and spoke better English than us!

nous avons apprécié l'emplacement dans la station, commerces et restaurants accessibles à pieds.

Le balcon exposé sud et bien protégé du vent est très agréable.

Le séjour n'est pas très grand mais bien équipé ainsi que la cuisine.

Cathy est très sympathique et disponible.

Nous recommandons la location de cet appartement.

Clean, tidy and very quick easy arrival and depart

Great value, owner always available to help. Came as soon as we arrived and very quick easy checkout. Good location for shops etc, about 5 mins to access slopes and ski down to bergers.
