Estes Park Cabin Rental Photos and Description

Cabin, 2 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 1 Bath, (Sleeps 4)

This cabin was unaffected by the 2013 flood. NEWLY REMODELED!!!! As of March 2013, new floors, windows, carpet, and much more!

Rustic mountain getaway just steps away from the Big Thompson River from starting at only $109/night in off-season! Situated between downtown Estes Park (less than one mile!) with plentiful shopping and restaurants, and Rocky Mountain National Park with bountiful wildlife, sight-seeing, and hiking opportunities. Enjoy a cup of coffee while watching the local elk heard meander through the property or stroll down to the Big Thompson to try your luck for the big catch.

Cabin is completely updated with contemporary mountain decor. The two bedroom cabin features a wonderfully appointed master with a queen bed. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a full bed on bottom and a twin on top--perfect for either a second couple's room or for the kids to enjoy. The living space has a wood burning fireplace to enjoy the crackle and warmth of a fire on a cool night. It also has a TV with cable, DVD, and WiFi for in-house entertainment. The futon in the living space pulls out to a queen-sized bed. The kitchen is fully equipped for being able to enjoy a home cooked meal even when away from home. Outside is a deck from which you can hear the cascading waters of the Big Thompson while cooking dinner on the BBQ.

This cabin is in the perfect location to enjoy all of Estes Park's beauty as well as its downtown life. Whether you are in town for a wedding, having a family reunion, or just wanting to get away, you will leave completely satisfied after having stayed at this cabin.

Why Alex chose Rocky Mountain National Park

This area is one of the most beautiful area of the Rocky Mountains. Estes Park is a very unique town. It is a large enough community to have all the essentials and close enough to large Metro area to enjoy shopping, professional sports , and museum.

What makes this cabin unique

Very good location. Short distance to RMNP and downtown.

Great cozy cabin in prime location

  • 5 of 5

Great location for sure...quick drive to Estes Park town and to the National Park. The first morning we saw an elk out front of the cabin! The kitchen was great for cooking breakfast, and there was plenty of information in the cabin to help figure out what to do each day. No complaints, we would stay again!

A great convenient place to explore Estes Park!

  • 5 of 5

We've done quite a few VRBOs and have never had a bad experience, and this rental was no different! Cozy and convenient, with elk a near-constant presence. Convenient to drive into downtown Estes Park or the Stanley Hotel. Lots of nearby restaurants to the cabin, and a great view of snow-capped mountains. We would definitely recommend this one!

first time in colorado

  • 5 of 5

this was my families first time in Colorado and I am so happy that we chose this cabin to stay in, what a lovely cabin it was everything we needed for a comfortable stay the first night we came back from downtown there were elk every where all over the lawn what an amazing site to see. the river is right there near the cabin and we sat on the porch just listening to the river flowing was a nice sound. the cabin is just a few minute drive to downtown and to the RMNP entrance, the couple who owns the cabin made it a very easy for the rental process, so if you are headed to estes park this is the place to go.

Great Weekend Stay!

  • 5 of 5

Our family had a great time staying in the cabin for a quick weekend trip! We saw a lot of wildlife right next to the cabin and could be in downtown Estes within a few minutes.

My 2nd stay! I will likely stay a 3rd!

  • 5 of 5

Cabin was just as I remembered from our 1st stay. Cabin was spotless. Towels, linens, spices, cookware were plentiful. All we had to do was stock the fridge. Great location. Cabin is located just outside of downtown Estes and 1.7 miles from the park entrance. (Which isn't a bad walk if you prefer to spend little time in the car). At the entrance, you can pick up the free shuttle. The pictures posted in VRBO are an accurate depiction of the cabin, and the owners are easy to work with. If we come back next year, I will definitely look into booking this for a 3rd time.

Perfect cabin in a great location.

My wife and I celebrated our 55th anniversary in Estes Park, and truly enjoyed being comfortable in your cabin. We spent time every day in the RCMP as well as the surrounding countryside. We had been there in the past and hope to stay with you on future trips. You provided a wonderful place to totally relax and to enjoy the wildlife on the property. Thanks for the memories.
