On the floor, mezzanine opening on two rooms displayed in the south, bathroom, and separated toilet. On site, heated indoor pool all year, self-service sauna, games room (billiards, table football and ping pong) with library and toy library, outdoor games, mountain biking, bass court animals, Paco and Chippie (2 ponies). Property where calm and rest are guaranteed. A green setting with a wood of 15 ha. Ideal for families with children who can play outside, ride a bike without any danger. A 7 km circuit is marked out of the cottage for families wishing to go jogging or cycling. This circuit runs along the river and meanders the country roads. For fishermen, a private pond is available to satisfy their passion, this pond is located 1.5 km from the cottage, accessible by bike or car.
