About Kim Wittman
I purchased this lot while on vacation in 1987..and starting the process of building. built the guest cottage first, lived in it and it's been my rental now for 19 years. I have since, built a main home for myself and most recently, another rental casita. I live on the property full time with my dog.

Kim is awesome
We had to change our reservation at the last minute and Kim was very accommodating and will reschedule at our convenience at a later date. We look forward to staying here soon!
Private, quaint and peaceful
Had a great stay at the casita. Lots of whales, reading, beach time. Thank you.
Great get away and perfect spot for relaxation
This is a great property and perfect location for those that really want to enjoy the "real baja". The property is set up perfect and Kim is an excellent host. We did trips both up the East Cape and down toward Cabo with most of our time snorkeling at Chileno Bay which is an easy 25 minute drive south. The beach access right there at the property is also beautiful. We will definitely be coming back to visit. Five star all the way!
Perfect Getaway for us
We absolutely loved staying in to Casita! It is cozy and rustic, and we really appreciate the owner’s efforts toward green living. The location is absolutely perfect if you want a quiet getaway; very few tourists in this area. Many times we had the beach all to ourselves! No swimming here but it is a great beach for long walks and dipping your feet in. We enjoyed sitting out in the Palapa to watch the sunrise out of the ocean, and walking down to the beach to see the sunset over the city. The kitchen is well equipped and we made many of our own meals, but also Buzzards is right around the corner and the food is fabulous! Truly loved it here and we will definitely return. Kim is such a helpful host and everyone we met in the area was so nice. We highly recommend this rental for a quiet and relaxing vacation spot.
Just 15 minutes north of town is the beginning of the basically wild East Cape of Old Baja. Kim’s house and casita are in a quiet gated community on a hill with forever views. High marks.
