We are both beach lovers who grew up in Philadelphia and spent summer weekends with our families and friends at the Jersey Shore. So, when we had the opportunity to purchase a beach home of our own, we knew exactly where to go to find our perfect getaway. We truly enjoy opening up our home to guests who share these same family values and appreciation of the beachcomber lifestyle.
Frank Corretini purchased this condo in 2006
Location! Location! Location!
Hard to beat being 1/2 block from the beach and boardwalk ... not to mention having a covered porch with an ocean view, as well as a private driveway to avoid the parking nightmares during the peak summer season. While Wildwood & Wildwood Crest are certainly nice, the more laid back, family friendly feel of North Wildwood is exactly what we desired. With everything we could possibly need within walking distance; as well as the bright, airy, and general "beachiness" feeling, we fell in love with this place immediately and have gone to great lengths to insure it stays clean, modern, and packed with amenities for our guests.
Before we were owners we were renters, just like you, and are still renters when we vacation outside of the Jersey shore. Over the years we’ve stayed in some great places and some pretty dreadful ones. We have had the misfortune of renting houses where the furniture was old and damaged, the mattresses were saggy and uncomfortable, and the house was in general disrepair. We experienced disappointment spending our hard earned money on badly maintained rentals. When we purchased our condo we vowed we would never let that happen with our rental unit and have made continual improvements over the years to ensure our guests have a fantastic experience. The comments posted from our guests, as well as the numerous guests who retain their rental from year to year, help let us know we're definitely doing something right!
We had an excellent time on our vacation this year. The condo was absolutely perfect! It was beautifully furnished, extremely clean and had tons of ammenities! The location was perfect! Very close to the beach and the boardwalk! Couldn't have found a more perfect place if we tried! Would definitely recommend and will definitely come back!
This was the perfect vacation rental for our family of 4 adults and a baby. The home is bright, nicely decorated and very welcoming. There is plenty of room indoors and outside to gather for meals, board games, morning coffee, etc. The bedrooms are also a nice size. (My husband and I stayed in the "kids room" with a pack-and-play for the baby and had plenty of room.) This was truly a home away from home. Frank has thought of everything to make families feel welcome and comfortable. There are movies, board games, beach equipment, baby gates (the list truly goes on and on). The location is also ideal - a half block to the beach and boardwalk, and a short drive to grocery stores and restaurants. We are still talking about our stay and have already reserved our week for next year.
This condo is the prefect spot for our summer vacation. It is close to the boardwalk. The inside of the unit was exactly as promised. The owners provide everything you need for a lovely day at the beach. Frank was easy to reach and always helpful. We needed to replace the gas tank for the grill and he reimbursed us without a second thought. We would definitely stay here again.
My family and I just returned from a great vacation at this beautiful condo. It was like walking into my own seashore home. Every convenience was made available to us.. My children as well as my grandchildren enjoyed the time we spent there. It was clean, beautifully decorated, had comfortable beds and was walking distance to the beach and boards. The weather was even perfect that week..We hope to return again next year for another great vacation in this beautiful condo in North Wildwood.
This condo has everything! It is fully stocked and then some! Everything I needed to play at the beach or play inside on that one rainy day. You truly only need to bring your clothing and food with you! The place was so clean it looked brand new! Frank was great to deal with! I cant wait to vacation in this condo again!
We absolutely LOVED the condo, it was cleaned and spacious. We had a great time. BUT, the owner tried to say that the cleaning people said they had to clean the kitchen floors twice, the kitchen counter tops were dirty, etc. which was a Lie!!! Of course they were going to say this so they could keep the security deposit. Besides we did pay for the "CLEANING SERVICE!" So what exactly did we pay for??? I guess the cleaning people don't clean. My home is immaculate and I would NEVER EVER leave someone's home a mess. We are a respectful family and we were truly upset by this. Because of the owners ignorance, we'd never go back there again!!

The young & young at heart can enjoy the double-decker classic carousel, the East Coast's tallest Ferris wheel or enjoy a cinema night on the beach. The inland waterways provide a variety of water sports, fishing, boating, bird and whale watching & many other excursions. If you need a break from the sun and surf, the Cape May County Zoo is a perfect way to spend a day.
