This luxurious apartment is set in beautiful gardens with a very large swimming pool and ample areas to enjoy the all day sunshine. The gardens give direct access to the beach and promenade. The apartment benefits from a large, very well equipped, terrace, where you can enjoy the sun rising over the Mediterranean, as well as enjoying all your meals 'al fresco' with the sound of the sea for company. This apartment is furnished throughout with top quality furniture and fittings and would be a perfect place to enjoy your holidays. The lounge is spacious, has a flat screen TV, but more importantly, spectacular sea views through its full height, full width, patio doors. There is a dining area with comfortable seating for 6 people, again enjoying sea views. The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with top of the range German appliances - ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine. The master bedroom has sea views and benefits from built in, fully equipped wardrobes, a super king-size bed, with en-suite bathroom, having bath, over bath shower, double vanity sinks and toilet.There is ample cupboard space and a hair dryer. The second bedroom has twin single beds, enjoys ample built in wardrobe space and an en-suite shower room, with vanity sink, toilet and shower cubicle. The terrace is furnished to an exceptional standard, and includes a 'romeo and juliet' lounger with canopy, luxurious sun loungers, outdoor dining set for 6 people, 2 large parasols and gas BBQ. Lovely apartment with fab sea views

Lovely high spec apartment with lovely sea views. Every thing in the apartment that you would need for your stay, very clean couldn't fault it at all. You will defiantly need a car to get around. Malaga is around 1.5 hours away. Local supermarket 5 mins by car and a couple of beach bar restaurants either 5 mins by car or you can walk along beach to get to them Bahia Beach & la sal very good (if you look from balcony to sea and go right along beach for 15/20 mins) We visited all local areas Sotogrande is lovely around 20 mins away a nice craft market on a Sunday morning lots of restaurants to eat at. Marbella old town is beautiful as is Estepona old town defiantly worth a visit. As is Ronda we caught a train from San Roque beautiful scenic 1hour 40 mins journey well worth it free car parking at station. Sabinillas & la Duquesa lovely by day a little too touristy by night for us, perfered the more Spanish style.Really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this apartment if you wanted to stay this side of Marbella. Also Gilbraltar very near by so good place to stay if that's on your list to visit . Had very good response from owners on any queries before & during holiday.😊

Relaxing Winter Break

The photos and description did not disappoint. We chose this apartment because of it's proximity to the sea and the fantastic views and at the end of our 4 weeks we were still captivated. We were also able to make full use of the balcony and furniture.

The apartment has easy access from the private road and yet on the sea side has views over the gardens. There was sufficient equipment for the two of us, (and for 4 for a few days), the bed was comfortable and there was plenty of storage space. It was a real luxury to have the bedlinen and towels changed weekly.

The information provided in the apartment was very useful and comprehensive and we appreciated being able to speak to the local contacts when we had a couple of queries. The whole booking process was simple and efficient.

The apartment is situated in a quiet area and we were not aware of road noise. It is quite a "hike", including a short stretch on the beach, to La Sal which is a fabulous Chiringuito with delicious food and very friendly staff - well worth the exercise!

Estepona, Marbella, Ronda, San Roque, Malaga, Port Duquesa, Casares etc.etc. are all worth a visit if you can tear yourself away from the views from the balcony.

We enjoyed watching the fishing boats sail by, the Gannets diving into the sea and the Storks nesting on the poles over the railway line.

We would recommend a stay in this area and in this apartment only not too loudly as we may return!

Lovely apartment for a lovely week!

The apartment was so lovely and very peaceful overlooking the sea. We stayed for a week, of which we spent a couple of days at the apartment enjoying the beautiful terrace, which was in sunshine for most of the day! The apartment itself was delightful, very clean and well-maintained. Everything we could have possibly needed to cook with was there and the bedrooms and living room overlooking the sea were such a treat! The location was perfect for day trips into Estepona, Casares and Gibraltar. The owners were incredibly helpful with directions for getting around and even fantastic restaurant recommendations! I would definitely recommend this property.

Wunderschöne Wohnung mit einmaligem Blick

Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig geschnitten und mit zwei Bädern und zwei Schlafzimmer für eine Familie mit zwei Kindern ideal. Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig und durchdacht. Auch die "Kleinigkeiten" wie Sonnenschirm, Kühltaschen etc. sind äußerst hilfreich. Die Terrasse ist sehr groß und man ist nur wenige Meter vom Meer entfernt. Der Blick geht im Süden bis Gibraltar, wirklich beeindruckend. Die Terrasse und auch die Wohnung sind toll eingerichtet. Man hat auch einen Gasgrill auf der Terrasse.

Die Wohnung selbst ist eigentlich ruhig, man hört nur das Meer, obwohl hinter der Wohnanlage eine 4-spurige Straße verläuft. Lediglich von dem zweiten Schlafzimmer aus, das zu der Straße gewandt liegt, hört man bei geöffneten Fenstern den Straßenlärm. Man hört die Straße auch vom Pool aus. Der Pool selbst ist sehr schön und mit ausreichend Sonnenliegen ausgestattet. Der Garten ist toll angelegt und gut gepflegt.

Der Strand direkt an der Wohnanlage ist steinig, schmal und eignet sich unseres Erachtens nicht so gut zum Baden. Auch ein kleiner Weg oberhalb des Meeres ist nicht besonders schön. Ganz in der Nähe Richtung Süden oder in Estepona finden sich wunderschöne sandige Strände, die sich auch für kleinere Kinder eignen (El Christo in Estepona). Man benötigt unbedingt ein Auto. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe (Aldi, Lidl und kleinere Supermärkte und Geschäfte). Die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal für Ausflüge in dieser Region. Uns hat es in dieser tollen Wohnung mit ihrer einmaligen Lage ganz nah am Meer wunderbar gefallen.

The beautiful gardens give access directly to the promenade and beach. Just a short walk away, are two beach restaurants/bars. A further 10 minute walk, along the promenade, will bring you to the fishing village/town of Sabinillas, with its countless restaurants, bars and shops. The apartment is set equidistant from the very popular marinas of La Duquesa and Estepona, with, again, a huge selection of shops, bars and restaurants, giving ample opportunity for people watching and relaxing. Both enjoy local craft markets and enough discos to keep party people very happy!

Estepona is either a bus ride, or short drive away. This town is now known as the garden town of the Costa del Sol. With its very wide sandy beach, long, broad promenade and flowers adorning both promenade and streets. Estepona town has an extensive pedestrian shopping precinct and the square - Plaza de las Flores - is a venue for everyone's itinerary. For those visitors with younger children, there is a very sheltered bay just 4 kilometres from the apartment (Playa Cristo) This has a very broad sweep of sand, very shallow, calm waters, plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas and two excellent beach bars.

The famous town of Marbella is just a 20 minute drive from the apartment. Well known for its up-market shops, pedestrian, Moorish old town, as well as beautiful beach and, of course Puerto Banus, where one can spend hours admiring the beautiful yachts, cars and people, as well as visiting its world-famous restaurants and shops.

With all the attractions available on the Costa del Sol, one that is often missed is the train journey from San Roque to Ronda. This was listed in the BBC series, Top 5 train journeys in the world. THis one hour, 40 minute journey goes through some of the most spectacular scenery that we have ever seen. It was built by the British, to give rest and recuperation for its troops based in Gibraltar. Speaking of Gibraltar, this UK enclave can be visited very easily from the apartment, either by bus or car. The dolphin and whale watching is another 'not to be missed' excursion with some companies offering a free trip, if you do not see dolphins. The journey to the Top of the Rock, with its outstanding views of Africa, a walk around the Botanical gardens, a visit to Europa point (being the most southerly point of Europe), as well as duty free shopping in the main street and square. A visit to the caves is also worthwhile. If you plan to visit Gibraltar, do not forget to take your passport.

For the sporting clients, the list of amenities is endless. This coast is also known as the Costa del Golf, as there are in excess of 50 golf courses within a 30 minute drive of the apartment. These cater for all levels of skill and handicap, ranging from a local 9 hole course to the best courses in Europe, Valderrama and Finca Cortesin.

A little further away is the very laid back town of Tarifa, famous for its windsurfing and beautiful beaches and dunes of the Costa de la Luz. Just 10 kilometres beyond this lies Bolonia, with some of the best preserved Roman ruins to be found in Europe, as well as a beach that can only be described as magnificent.

Granada, with its world heritage site of the Alhambra and Generalife, is under a 2 hour drive away (please purchase your tickets on line, before travelling, as this may save a long queue).

Also a very easy 2 hour drive, is the wonderful city of Seville. This has so many attractions that it would be impossible to list them in the space provided, although .. not to be missed, are the cathedral and Plaza España.

the balance together with either a £350.00 GBP returnable security deposit or accidental damage insurance waiver this is charged at £4.50 GBP per person, (this will give you £100.00 GBP cover per person for any accidental damage, this does not cover you for willful damage and negligent behaviour, this payment is non returnable), is due 6 weeks prior to commencement of hire.
Hire commences at 16.00 hours on the date of arrival and terminates at 10.00 hours on the date of departure.
All prices include final clean and a linen and towel change after 7 days on all stays of more than 10 days.
A beach towel will be provided free of charge for each member of the travelling party.
