Beautiful property and great location

  • 5 of 5

This condo was well cared for and in a great location. You can see the owner takes pride in this property by how well maintained and supplied it is. The owner is also very attentive to any needs you may have. The condo was close to the highway so a visitor can travel across to the other side of the island easily, while also being within 20 minutes from some of the best beaches on the island in one ditection and Kona in the other. Shopping is a short walk or shuttle ride away in Kings and Queens marketplaces if you don't feel like traveling anywhere else. Great place, highly recommended.

In the heart of Waikoloa

  • 5 of 5

This property in Waikoloa is one of the prime locations in the Vista Waikoloa development.

Not only do you have a stunning view of the ocean, but also of Mauna Kea and Mauna Loa.

We were fortunate enough to be at this condo during a snowstorm on the mountains, and to wake to such beauty, was truly a blessing!

The unit is absolutely amazing - we walked in and were in awe of how lavishly it was decorated! Everything is top notch - you experience first class when you stay here!

The owners are very easy to communicate with, and were quick to reply when there was a question or concern.

Additionally, if you are into scuba diving, there is a top notch dive shop just 20 minutes north in Kawaihae, where you can experience diving in pristine conditions unlike sites in the Kona area.

We will definitely be back to this unit!

Outstanding views and location

  • 4 of 5

The cottage was lovely, private, quiet and the view was outstanding. Puako is great for those looking for tranquility and to be away from the bustle and crowds of the resort areas. The snorkelling was great - turtles in the water, out of the water sunning on the rocks and tonnes of fish. Although, you do need to be watchful of the tides to get the best snorkelling time in. We appreciated all of the extras available for our use (beach chairs, umbrella, boogie board, cooler, etc.). We did find that the kitchen amenities were not the greatest (hot plate and microwave were temperamental), although it was great to have the barbecue and small dishwasher (who wants to be washing dishes when you're on holiday!). All in all it was a great and very memorable stay at the cottage. We'd happily recommend this place to others.

Owner's Response: Glad you enjoyed yourself, however, I am a bit confused. This is a condo and not a cottage and there is no hot plate and my microwave is not temperamental. My dish washer is large and the BBQ's are in the pavilion for your use. Perhaps the reviews got mixed up.

Spacious inside and out with great views!

  • 5 of 5

This was our fifth stay at Vista and C301 has to be our favorite. Lovely interior and luxury amenities. We appreciated the well-stocked pantry since we enjoyed most meals in - especially on the lanai. One plus is close proximity to the pool and bar-b-que area. Gail was very helpful and patient when we locked ourselves out! Plan to return next year for sure.

Great condo, very well stocked, and updated. Loved the two lanais!

  • 4 of 5

We had a great week here in mid-May. The condo is very well outfitted, especially in the kitchen. The only thing we missed having were boogie boards and umbrellas (chairs, coolers and snorkelling equipment were provided). We ended up buying them and leaving them for future visitors. The furnishings are very comfortable and with our two adult children there was a lot of room. We especially loved the two outdoor lanai areas, one for eating and the other for relaxing. We spent a

great deal of time there. Would love to returns someday!

Our week long stay was wonderful!!

  • 5 of 5

Our week long stay at Vista Waikoloa was wonderful! The condo is beautifully decorated and filled with all the comforts of home. Everything you need is there. The two lanai's, one off the bedroom and one off the living area, which are connected, offer beautiful mountain and ocean views in addition to comfortable seating as you enjoy your favorite evening drink. Close to shopping, restaurants and beaches plus easy highway access to must see Big Island attractions a definite plus. You won't be disappointed choosing this property!!
