Located 5 minutes between Saint-Sernin and Matabiau train station, the apartment is perfect for a stay with a couple, family, friends, because it is comfortable for 4 people. It is located on the second floor of a small old building in a quiet street of Toulouse "Soho", 300 m from the beautiful café de la Concorde, and its terrace under the trees.
We have just completed its renovation to find charm and comfort. Functional, it is in the sun from morning to evening.
It opens onto the living room and kitchen island which distributes the 2 bedrooms; We wanted a fluid apartment and thought about saving space for travelers. The bathroom, with its slate shower cabin is bright retro look.
Bed sheets and towels are provided. You will also have access to internet & wifi very high speed.
Room 1 ; bed 160X200 new bedding, room 2: a bed 140X200 new bedding, 1 cot if necessary.
The kitchen is equipped (cooking, oven, dishwasher) and there is everything to cook.
Heating city gas. Cement tiles, parquet flooring, white walls complete the simple and warm atmosphere.
Passionate about design and adoring chiner, its decor and vintage furniture are part of my finds or creations.
Many food shops, the boulevard market make it a neighborhood where life is good. A village spirit - linked to the old typical Toulouse family houses of the 19th century - in the urban dynamism of the historic center.
The train station Matabiau where trains arrive but also intercity buses and the shuttle from the airport is 7 minutes walk from the apartment.
From your foot on the ground, everything is accessible on foot or in "vél'ouse". You can rent bicycles at the terminal in front of the apartment. The subway is 10 minutes too.
You can choose to relax, take a boat trip, ride a bicycle or jog along the canal to the Japanese garden or lean for an afternoon shopping, historic cafes, museums or a Tour aux Puces, a visit to the basilica Place Saint-Sernin: Everything is nearby.
Depending on your schedule, I may be available to show you the best addresses in the city or give you information on activities to do and sites to visit in the region. A small guide awaits you on the spot.
