Welcome to Cam & Gigi,

Located 50m from the castle of Annecy, the apartment belongs to a 15th century house that was once the curial of the old church Saint-Maurice. This 60m² apartment has an independent entrance which gives directly onto the Place du Château, as well as a small adjoining room for storing sports equipment (bicycles, skis etc ...).

The whole apartment is accessible to travelers. The entrance gives on a corridor which serves a first room of 11m ² with view on the castle including a double bed (160x200cm) as well as a dresser and a bearing (possibility to put a baby bed), a second room of 9m ² with view on the old town also including a double bed (160x200cm) and a dresser and a bearing, and a separate toilet. The corridor leads to a living room of 30m ² including a dining room for up to 6 people, a living room with a sofa bed (107x180cm) and a fully equipped kitchen (fridge with freezer, hotplate). induction cooking, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine and dishwasher). Finally the apartment has a bathroom of 5m² with walk-in shower and washing machine. Linens are provided (sheets, towels, tea towels, tissues, toilet paper and paper towels). The Annecy train station (road and rail) is located 700m walk from the apartment it will take you about ten minutes to get from one point to another taking into account the slight rise to access the place from the castle at the top of the hill. If you arrive by car, you can park either at the parking of the castle under the general clinic, covered and paying it has 200 places and is 2 minutes walk from the apartment, or at the outdoor car park next to the Castle Square, also paying in the form of a parking meter (Monday to Saturday from 9am to 12pm and from 14h to 18h) it has 39 seats and is located less than 100m from the apartment. Situated only 50m away from the castle, the apartment is part of a 15th century house that used to host the Saint-Maurice church's priest. This 60m² flat has an independant access that gets directly to the castle and also adjoining facilities to store sports equipment (bikes, skis etc ...).

Travelers have access to the entire apartment. The hallway distributes a first 11sqm bedroom with a queen size bed and storage space (enough space left for a baby bed), a second 9sqm and one independant toilet. The hallway leads to a 30m² living room with a dining-room for up to six persons, a convertible sofa for one person (107x180cm) and a fully equipped kitchen (fridge and freezer compartment, induction hot plate, oven, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, nespresso maker and a dishwasher). Eventually the flat has a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. Sheets, towels and kitchen towels, toilet paper and paper towels are supplied. (blueprint of the apartment among the pictures). The train and bus station is located 700m away from the apartment, it will take you around 10 minutes to get you there. If you're driving to Annecy, you'll be able to park your car at the "Castle Parking" located under the health clinic, it's covered and paid parking with 200 spaces, 2 minutes walk from the apartment, or at the open parking lot adjoining the castle, also paid parking (from Monday to Saturday, between 9 AM / 12AM and 2 PM / 6PM) it has 39 spaces and is less than 100m away from the flat. My family of five loved staying in this beautiful apartment in a perfect location in the old town of Annecy. très bon emplacement

logement très bien placé pour tout faire à pied. Bel appartement bien agencé et spacieux pour 4 personnes. Tout est prévu et les petites fiches avec les conseils de restaurants, magasins...est très intéressant (nous en avons essayé quelques uns). Nous reviendrons lors d'un prochain séjour à Annecy.
