Atrium 203 is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath + den unit that is the most luxuriously appointed condominium available for rent at The Atrium complex. No detail has been overlooked in this exquisitely furnished Gulf-view residence.
From the ground level private Cabana (with bonus bath), country-French faux finished walls, tray ceilings, sisal carpeting, state of the art kitchen, custom dressing area, Habersham and Crystal cabinetry, Tommy Bahama furnishings, tropical accessories from Gary David Designs, and an I-Pod stereo system, this home away from home is paradise found!
The living room features beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico and is perfect for entertaining or relaxing. The custom Habersham cabinet has a television, dvd player, and iPod stereo system. The furnishings are luxurious, to say the least.
The Atrium 203 kitchen features wall ovens, dishwasher, refrigerator, cook top, compactor, built-in custom cabinetry and a wine captain. Everything is provided for you, from a blender to roasting pans to coffee filters.
The Master bedroom has a King bed with beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico. It has a tv, dvd player, desk with Wi-Fi internet access and sliding doors that lead to the lanai. The en-suite bath features a shower, 2 sinks and custom Crystal Cabinetry closets and built-in drawers.
The Guest bedroom features 2 twin beds and a fantastic view of the gulf, while the Den is perfect for an overnight visitor or to have a movie night. The Den has a Queen sleeper sofa, tv, dvd, and vcr.
A quick trip to the ground level takes you to the private air conditioned Cabana, with its full bath, refrigerator, bistro table. It's perfect to store the beach chairs and rinse off in the shower before heading upstairs.
The Atrium property treats you to peace, quiet and all the amenitites you love, featuring just 24 units, a gorgeous outdoor heated pool, tennis court, grills, covered parking and elevator. It's located only 1.3 miles walking or biking distance from the heart of the island restaurants, galleries, shops,
grocery, cinema and post office. Two complimentary bicycles (with removable shopping baskets)
are provided for your use and enjoyment, along with a portable I-Pod compatible boom box in the cabana.
Atrium 203 is the ONLY rental unit with a private cabana!
A 2-week minimum stay is required at Atrium Condominiums.
Atrium 203 is professionally managed by Cottages to Castles of Sanibel & Captiva. Since 1997, they've been making sure that each stay is a memorable one.
An 11% tax and $50 reservation fee are in addition to the rental rate.

Our property has been professionally managed by Cottages to Castles since 2009. We have had properties listed with Cottages to Castles since our first purchase at Sandpiper Beach Condominiums in 1995. We love Sanibel, and the Team at Cottages to Castles.

Fabulous in every way.
What a wonderful home to spend our time in Sanibel. We rode bikes (thanks for that) saw Ding Darling, ate great food, cooked in, shelled and enjoyed the pool. Just a peaceful and relaxing time.
The cabana was a perfect spot to pop in and get a cool beverage, and rinse off in the private shower after being at the beach.
We had absolutely everything we needed, and the views were incredible. We loved the beautiful furnishings, and being able to sit on the lanai and watch the sunrise and sunset with a good book is underrated.
Thanks so much for sharing your place, and we look forward to returning next year.

'Ding' Darling Wildlife Refuge, the Internationally renowned Shell Fair, the Caloosa Catch & Release Fishing Tournament, CROW's Taste of the Islands, B.I.G. Arts, the Pirate Playhouse & over 26 miles of bike paths. The island is an ideal setting for kayaking, canoeing, boating, saltwater/flats fishing, dolphin and bird watching, rollerblading, bicycling, hiking and shelling. Put away your laptop and Blackberry and get on island time! With no traffic lights or neon signs, you'll slip right into our island lifestyle easily! Other Activities: ATRIUM CONDOMINIUMS ARE ZONED BY THE CITY OF SANIBEL FOR 2 WEEK MINIMUM RENTALS, NO EXCEPTIONS. Our beaches are famous for shelling! Don't forget the J.N. 'Ding' Darling Wildlife Refuge, birding, deep sea/flats fishing, dolphin watching! Golf: The Beachview Country Club and The Dunes Country Club are open to the public and are Par 72 courses. The Dunes is more of a water course, and may be a bit more challenging! Both courses have restaurants that are open to the public.
