5 Bedroom 4.5 Bath Nantucket Vacation Rental. This property is close to Cisco Brewery, Bartlett Farm, Cisco Beach and 167 Seafood. Just off the Hummock Pond Road bike path this property has pedestrian access to Town (1.25 miles) and Cisco beach (2 miles). NRTA shuttle stop approx 150 yards from the home. This tastefully decorated home can accommodate 10 people. Thanks for taking the time to read through our description. I'm happy to chat and discuss what your looking for. We are year round residents and have been homeowners renting a long time so we have access to accomodate most needs.

Nice private bluestone patio for outdoor entertaining and grassy back yard to play. Inside the kitchen looks onto living room and dining room. The kitchen is all marble with a very large island, there are top of the line appliances including Wolf gas range, Subzero and generous cabinet space. First floor bedroom with private bath. Second floor Master bedroom has a cathedral ceiling with sitting area - walk in closet, large all marble bathroom with whirlpool and custom glass shower plus washer and dryer. Two Guest bedrooms share a custom tiled bath. Lower level has large rec room, wet bar, Full bath with shower and bedroom. Great home!

The house was beautiful and a great distance to town. We rented bikes and rode all over the island. The management company made our first trip to Nantucket extremely enjoyable and stress free. We would definitely rent again.

1st time in Nantucket - great house

This was a great and comfortable home for our first stay in Nantucket. It was centrally located - 5-10 minutes to town by care or 5 minutes to beach by car. The house was very nicely decorated and well stocked with beach toys, chairs, etc. We had a great time BBQing and enjoying the backyard for evening drinks.

Highly Recommended!

I had a wonderful holiday on the island, thanks to this beautiful home, it's location and, best of all, the gracious homeowners who were very accommodating, resourceful and hospitable during our entire stay! My guests and I felt very well taken care of! From the minute we arrived on the island, we were instantly greeted by Brian --whom, after seeing all our luggage, kindly chauffeured us to his house and gave us a tour en route with many helpful suggestions for restaurants and local activities.

The house is lovely, fully-equipped, and the gardens very well-maintained. We were very pleased and comfortable with our stay, and we enjoyed biking into town, to Cisco beach and the nearby fish market or farm for fresh catches, produce and coffee every day! I highly recommend this home to those of you who are looking for a peaceful, beautiful getaway that offers all that the island's 5-star hotels do-- only this home truly has more charm and privacy!

Don't Make Me Leave

I don't even know where to begin and give a higher rating to Brian, the homeowner, or the beautiful home itself.

First, the owners. The are super responsive and accommodating. I felt very comfortable working with them and signing the lease, etc. They made sure that me and my family/friends felt at home and thoroughly enjoyed my time on the island. Whether it was recommendations for things to do around the island or making sure we knew our way around the house, they were there and genuinely interested in making sure we had the best time ever.

As for the home. Pfff. I mean, come on. It was beyond ridiculous. Tastefully decorated, beautifully updated and the location was unreal. A quick bike ride into town and a super easy walk/bike ride to Cisco Brewery. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. What you see in the pictures does not fully describe the house. In person it's much more. There's a ton of room to spread out and plenty of bedrooms to sleep everyone comfortably. The kitchen is enormous and lends itself well to cooking and entertaining. However my favorite part may be the backyard. It's secluded and gorgeous. The patio boasts a huge table and grill, where we made all our meals. There's also an outdoor shower and another sitting/lounging area, plus a good size yard for lawn sports. On top of that there's plenty of off-street parking.

Don't wait to secure this home, you won't regret it! I can't wait to get back next year!

Located just off the Hummock Pond Road Bike path this property is located just about 1 mile to Town and 1 mile to Cisco Brewery and only one more to Cisco beach (total 2). Town offers restaurants, shopping, fine dining, theater and art. Cisco beach offers surf, sun, sand and more. There is a large farmers market, fish market and a winery/brewery just moments away, also a great spot for fresh organic eggs.
