The cabin was everything we were told it would be and more. It was very comfortable and the lake views were the best! Greg was great to work with and provided us with plenty of information about the cabin and the surrounding area. We thought about going out to eat, but instead fixed all meals there and found plenty of utensils, dishes and cookware to do it. There were eight of us and we had lots of room to spread out and didn't feel crowded at all.
This house is located on the quiet end of the lake near the dam. Well stocked house. Great views from multiple decks. Enjoyed meals outside on the shaded deck with view of the lake daily. There were only 4 of us but could have accommodated many more of us. Didn't use the hot tub as it was hot but did make use of the dock and floating in the lake. Just what we needed a quiet get away. Greg gave us lots of info on places to go in the area. Wish we would have had time to do more. Will be back again!!
Arrived with the family and friends to find an extremely well set up lake house. Everything needed for a great lake vacation. Greg went above and beyond providing help and information to make our stay an enjoyable one.
My family spent 3 days here on the last part of a 2+ week trip that dealt visiting a very ill parent/grandparent. We loved the views and the kids enjoyed swimming in the lake and a local swimming hole at state park. It gave us a chance to rejuvenate ourselves and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere. The owners were fantastic to work with especially with it being a last minute booking. They were very helpful and gave us plenty of local information that was helpful. Would recommend it to others
My husband and I really enjoyed our weekend at Grand Lake Paradise. The owner sent very detailed instructions on how to operate everything at the house, and also sent directions and pictures of local attractions, places to eat, etc. Even though we went during off season, we still enjoyed just being near the water, sitting by the fireplace, and enjoying the outdoor hot tub. The house is at a central location on Grand Lake near a lot of restaurants, and it's on a great spot on the lake. I highly recommend it!
Excellent place to stay. Very quiet. Loved waking up every morning with the beautiful view of the lake. Renters are superb. Great communication and responsiveness. I would recommend to all!
The Live Theater is a nearby outdoor show that presents 'The Man Who Ran', for few weeks in the summer only.
The Hiking, ATV, and for the Very Serious 4 Wheeler, there are trails below the nearby spillways, and dam. When I'm hiking in this area, I like to just see their machines.
Mountain Mama's Amphitheater which is an outdoor stage venue is close by.

There are MANY variables in the cost of the rental in which I am the person whom makes that decision. For Instance, Memorial Weekend is $400 per night and the deposit will fluctuate, depending on number of persons, and if you are going to be docking a boat. This VRBO quote may or may not be accurate. I will be sending a REAL quote. Paypal link to be sent after you have approved.
VRBO unfortunately has the cubical mindset. There are MANY variables in the cost of the rental in which I am the person whom makes that decision. Major Holidays will cost more. I will be sending a REAL quote. Paypal link to be sent after you have approved. Memorial Weekend from May 22 to the 26th will be $400 per night.
