Recently VRBO initiated changes over which we have no control and that don't accurately reflect our rental policies. Beyond VRBO, we also have an agreement with an onsite rental/management company which is how we are able to make our condo available, as we live in Idaho and Arizona. This agreement gives you access to their amenities as well as having someone onsite who is able to help with any issues/questions you may have. Because they also rent our condo, we have to be able to coordinate schedules with them. Now ... the description:
Magnolia North condominiums are located in the heart of Myrtle Beach at 48th Avenue North and Highway 17 Bypass, at the approach to Myrtlewood Golf Club. Our condo offers a comfortable living and dining area with cable TV and wireless hi-speed Internet. A fully equipped kitchen is provided in our one bedroom, one and one-half bath condo that sleeps two in the queen bed and while there is a sleeper sofa, guests should be aware it is in the middle of the living/dining/kitchen area. A washer and dryer is included.
Outdoor swimming pool, poolside grills and picnic areas are available. A recreation center is available to our guests providing a picnic area, shuffleboard and a small indoor exercise area, pool and lazy river. There is a biking/running/walking paved trail within 100 yards of the front door! Bicycles are available at the check-in office.
From our second floor living area, you have unobstructed views of the 15th fairway and 16th tee of Myrtlewood Golf Club’s PineHills course. The historic Pine Lakes Golf Club is less than 10 minutes away.
The condo is conveniently located to Myrtle Beach activities including Broadway at the Beach and miniature golf; the beach is just one and one-half miles away. Hop on Highway 31 and it's a short drive to either of two area outlet malls. Numerous dining possibilities plus the added convenience of a Bi-Lo and Lowes food store are minutes away.
This Magnolia North condominium is an ideal choice if what you’re looking for is a Myrtle Beach vacation getaway that is both a retreat yet close to a variety of golf, shopping, dining and entertainment venues.
We purchased our condo while it was under construction and we were living in Virginia. We now live in north Idaho so are unable to get to 'the beach' as often as we'd like. We do enjoy every minute we are in Myrtle Beach though. Our goal in making the condo available through VRBO is to offer a small, but special, place for people to stay who enjoy all that Myrtle Beach has to offer.

We enjoy golf and the beach so we have the best of both literally just minutes from Magnolia North. It is also centrally located so we can easily get to North Myrtle Beach and Little River to the north and Murrell's Inlet and Pawley's Island to the south.
To be centrally located along the Grand Strand, this condo and Myrtlewood are in a great spot. You're near the beach and Broadway at the Beach, with a convenient entrance to the Rt 31 highway right there if you want to go north or south.
For a couple, the condo was perfect. Well furnished and with a well equipped kitchen, we cooked dinner a couple of times and had everything that was needed. The mattress was comfortable, as was the living room furniture. Parking was never an issue and the pool was a 3 minute walk away. Communications with the owner were outstanding.
Would I look for this condo for my next trip to MB? Absolutely!
The condo was very clean, it had everything we needed for our stay. The ammenities included with villas was also a plus. We enjoyed the pools and fitness center. It was close to everything, including the beach. Will definitely stay there again.
Monthly rate not available for June, July or August. For monthly rates Sept.-May, e-mail the owners at MyrtleBeach4815@aol.com. We also contract with an onsite rental management company so guests have access to their amenities in addition to someone onsite for any questions or issues that might come up. We require the equivalent of one night's rent to hold dates; this is refundable up to 14 days prior to check-in. Fourteen days prior to check-in the balance of the rent is due. Payment is made to the rental management company and not susceptable to the VRBO service fee.
