Enjoy your morning coffee on the sunny screened-in front porch. This charming home has a remodeled kitchen with island, hardwood floors, fireplace, two porches, and a very large yard--perfect for badminton or bocce. There is a nice sized paver patio at the rear of the house which is nice for outdoor dining- or just relaxing.

We had a great two weeks at Michele's cottage! The house was very comfortable and the yard was perfect for enjoying with friends and family. I hope we can return again in the future--it's a perfect Black Point getaway.
I would reccomend this cottage to anyone, nice property with beautiful beaches. Short walk to the water. Owners very friendly. Cottage has everything you need.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great front porch, large back yard and back porch. Air conditioning if it gets too hot. Loved having bikes to bike the beach streets. Well appointed kitchen. Comfortable beds and two bathrooms. Felt like home! Easy access to local beaches, Block Island ferry, Mystic and Rhode Island beaches.
We really enjoyed our stay here. It was the perfect place to relax, had just the right amount of amenities. Michele was super nice and really easy to deal with. House was very clean. Can't wait to go back!
Great cottage , has everything you will need to enjoy your stay at Black Point.
Cozy and comfortable with all necessary amenities. Had a wonderful stay and working with Michele was extremely pleasant. Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice, private, and enjoyable getaway.
This was our second stay at this home!! Very open, spacious first floor with a fantastic kitchen and large outdoor gas grill. The yard is large for games, dogs and kids to run or just have dinner on the new patio area. While my husband did take advantage of the available bikes, I chose to relax and read on the enclosed front porch. The owner is so easy to work with and when you stay at the house, you know it is a place lovingly cared for. Friendly neighbors, beach area close by, great restaurants in town and perfect for a small family or just a couple, like us. We hope to return again to the area for another two weeks and hope this "home" is available!! For some reason I can't get to 5 stars to show on my computer, but it is definitely there!
